The property was great. It was clean and well maintained. The apartment was very quiet and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable.

The villa and the property were spotless. I grilled Barbecued ribs with sauce that burned on the grill. I went out to clean the grill in the morning. it had already been cleaned and looked like a new grill. I wish I knew what was used to get it so clean. This is an. example of the cleanliness of this property.

Our villas was nice a clean. We made use of the Murphy bed also. Loved the porch (which I didn’t see in the photos). We used both the indoor and outdoor pools and sauna. Our daughter enjoyed an activity in the clubhouse. We also made use of the playground. Would love to stay again.

The location was perfect. In close proximity to all the polular trails, rentals, grocery stores and restaurants. However, our dishwasher did not work and the dish detergent we were provided was watered down. The same goes for the body wash, shampoo. I normally bring my own, but this time i forgot. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay.

The type of room I booked was terrible! The room is dimly lit, and the noise of the air conditioner and refrigerator at night id unbearable,making it impossible to sleep. Beds are shabby, The bedding is made pf artificial fiber. No WIFI at all.It is the worst hotle I've ever stayed in our holiday!

Great place to stay with family!

Property a little dated. Time share salesman wasn’t good. Kids loved the pool! We liked having space with a kitchen. I would stay here again!

Great stay. The Villas are in a great location right off the main strip in West Sedona and near a Starbucks. The place was super clean, fully stocked and simply great. As others say, not the most up to date but everything works and huge space.

Good location. Nice rooms. Easy parking. DeLoraine at front desk is very helpful and welcoming. Only negative is WiFi signal is poor, but if you’re in Sedona get off your electronics and explore.

Great space for a family of 6 ! It’s hard for use to find lodging that allows us all to sleep in a bed and shut a bedroom door, and this fit the bill. Very spacious, great pool for the kids and easy access to the Sedona area trails and amenities.
