Very helpful and professional staff. Great location with great restaurant on the property

I am a repeat visitor to Pontac. A lovely place to spend time at, especially outside on the stoep. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are great, wonderful views of the mountains surrounding Paarl. Definite value for money. The only area for improvement would be breakfast, it is okay, but could use some attention.

I usually stay at Pontac Manor Hotel when I am visiting Paarl. I have no complaints about this hotel. It has a homely feel, very clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

This is very nice place in an old setting. Excellent breakfast. Rooms are large and nice beds. Rooms are not very sound proof. Staff at reception not very knowledgeable about surrounding tourist attractions.
