I stayed at Mercure Yogyakarta City Centre and overall I would rate it 8/10. The location is very strategic, close to Malioboro and many tourist spots, which made it really convenient for getting around Jogja. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, although some parts felt slightly dated. The bed was cozy and the amenities were complete enough for a pleasant stay. Breakfast had a good variety and the taste was decent. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Great value for the location and service, and I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Jogja.

+ Clean. Friendly staff... There are lounge chairs. - TV not yet Android... The room faces the wall. The shower is 1/2 meter from the floor, so you have to sit down to shower.

The location is okay, the AC in the room is really good, the food is delicious. As for the bathroom, the floor is a bit dirty, try pouring bleach (baking soda, ...) / something to make it not black, there is a tool for cleaning it quickly 🙏

The staff was very nice and friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, the service was excellent, check-in was smooth, and early check-in was allowed. The location is strategic. The breakfast menu is not very varied.

Communicative, kind and responsive staff

Staying for 3 days, I'm satisfied with room cleanliness and has fairly large parking area (2 basements). Has a variety of breakfast menus, although I'm little bit disappointed with the sausage, several times, they didn't cook it well (still raw). Overall recommended 5-star hotel, if you want to stay in Yogya

The treadmills at the fitness center need attention and re-service. The buttons are no longer responsive. Of the two units, only one can be used, and even then, it's a bit slow. The safety clips are also chipped and non-functional.

Next time I go to Jogja, I will stay here again.
