Overall better than expected!

Clean room and friendly staff, and we enjoyed the complimentary fruits and cookies. The indoor pool and facilities could have been better and cleaner. Breakfast was great and had variety of food.

We have stayed here a few times before when travelling from Sabiha Airport and its been great. Unfortunately this times we had to deal with a very rude lady at the desk. I told the manager about how rude she was and nothing was done.

We came to the hotel late at night and the receptionist was having hard time finding our reservation in their system. I showed him the Expedia confirmation and even though he saw that we have a room reserved he refused to give us a room because he didn’t see the reservation in the hotel system. I had to call Expedia 3 times so they could call the front desk to figure out why in the hotel system they didn’t have our reservation. We got there around 2 am and it took them 2 hours to get a room for us.

The staff were helpful overall, however its best to have your google translate at hand always as few of them speak good English. The manager, Teslime, was extremely helpful lady. She let us check out late as we had an evening flight. She also dropped us to the airport as we were two friends traveling alone first time.

Amazing accommodation for the price it is

Here’s a few things that international travellers Should know and are not informed about. This is a “green” establishment, not in its Anglophone sense though, rather, in Turkey, this means that it is a religious , “Islamic” establishment. This reflects on the attitude toward the spa, where male and female spaces, yes even pools, are separated. They are so strict about it that my 12 year old son wasn’t allowed to swim with us and I didn’t want to leave him alone, so we gave up on the whole spa experience. Plus many of the faucets and shower-heads are not working anyway. So the spa was no good for us, even though that was a favor in my choice. Outdoor pool wasn’t open either, and neither their website nor anywhere are people informed about it. Again, they told us that this was so due to Ramadan. So, there goes another service we based our decision for this hotel on. Last but not least, there was no alcohol on premises. This was truly disappointing since during our booking, we made a point of asking over the phone if we can still drink alcohol despite Ramadan. They gave us the impression that they were a secular establishment. It too them ages to buy us a bottle of white wine, which was the cheapest on a supermarket shelf across from the hotel, they charged us 200 ¥ (a 150¥ mark up) at check out. Also, we had to contest all the meal charges, which we never had. Just be aware, this is a business looking for short-term gains and exploitation. Should it be hotels.com.

Excellent The problem in the place only The location of the hotel الفندق ممتاز ورائع وبه جميع الخدمات والمياه المعدنية ومسبح مفتوح وآخر مغلق كل شئ جميل بصراحة . لكن مشكلته بعد مكانه عن الأماكن السياحية في اسطنبول هو مناسب فقط لمن يريد الاسترخاء أو يريد فندق قريب من مطار صبيحة

I was late on my flight to Doha and Denpasar, so the nearest and best-looking hotel around Sebiha Gokcen Airport was Istanbul Medikal Termal Hotel. Taxi price from airport to hotel was 40 TL and 15 min drive. Hotel staffs are really friendly, useful and helpful. The hotel is very nice looking, it is new hotel and interior is okay. Internet, TV okay. The only thing that is not perfect is location. The hotel is located very far from touristic amenities in Istanbul. Hotels staff receptionist tries to do best to explain to me how to get to Sultanahmet Mosque very cheap, but there are too many switches (bus, metro, metro, bus) and I didn't have enough time to go that way so I use the taxi which is not cheap but its worth. 160 TL cost for the 1h drive.

Odalar da duşlar çok iç açıcı değil. Spa da ıslak alanlarda da yer yer gözle görünen sorunlar vardı. Oda da iki tek kişilik baza ve yataklar konforsuzdu. Odalar daki çay ve kahve yanına kurabiye ikramı iyi düşünülmüş. Havuzlar da yer alan tuşlara herkes ulaşabildiği için sürekli değiştirilebiliyor olması sıkıcıydı.
