The rooftop bar was lovely. Staff were helpful and very friendly Room was big, clean, gorgeous balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean and mountains. We had an issue with the air con and a smell coming from the drains in the bathroom, we notified reception but nothing was done. Small issue but we had a lovely stay anyway

Front desk guy was helpful but the woman on the restaurant door was plain rude. But all round funky hotel with great rooftop pool and cool look for the the area

I have stayed here previously and really enjoy the roof top area & the live DJ. The hotel although I’m not the best position is unique & the concept is brilliant. This time I was a little (quite alot) dissatisfied with the attitude of one staff member. I had forgot my phone charge & asked if he had a spare. He lent me one & asked I bring it back which was not an issue. I went for dinner leaving my phone on charge when I got back it wasn’t fully charged. In between that time I fell asleep, at MIDNIGHT the man from reception was knocking at my door asking for the charger back. Completely unnecessary & unacceptable. He snatched the charger from my hand. I was a single woman travelling alone I was not comfortable with this scenario whatsoever. Upon reporting the issue the next day the management were absolutely lovely, I stayed on the roof top pool for a few hours until my transfer & the bar staff were incredible & so very accommodating - an absolute credit to the hotel for service, professionalism & friendly - just a shame about the other member of staff!

Great if you’re a bunch of Uni students looking to party. Loud at all hours of the night, room and common spaces had some weird smells, and cleanliness was sub par.

The bar man Jose on the sky bar made our holiday so welcoming his hospitality was next to none. Excellent

It doesnt look like the pictures, it is run down, don't bother with the breakfast.

I had a great time at the Indico Rock, staff were very helpful, room was very clean with comfortable beds and a great shower ! Pool was also very good. I would stay here again.

Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming and the room was exactly shown. Nice views from both the room as well as the rooftop bar. Would definitely go back!

The staff was very nice, and room service everyday. The breakfasts and dinner are fantastic, the only problem was those party goer come back late at night and scream out loud some night. May be they needed more security to help control those people not making loud noise at night. Everything else are great no problems, a nice place to stay. Local bus is very convenient close to hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at Indigo Rock, from the check in to check out everything went well. The pool bar upstairs was excellent. food drinks and service. Great Hotel for the price.

Amazing ! Best Hotel

We enjoyed 5 nights at Mallorca of which 3 was at INDICO. The hotel is cool and has 2 amazing pool areas. The staff are incredibly nice. However we did find that this hotel the staff were not visible and did not appear to “manage” the hotel so that all guests enjoyed. The chill out pool could be such an Uber relaxing place as the pool itself is breathtaking but each day it had people playing aggressive ball games / shouting / playing their own music which meant it was like a battle with the hotel music. This is not an adults only hotel it is just over 18s and anything goes. Not suitable for a chilled holiday but a lovely hotel and great position.

I really enjoyed my stay here which was a solo holiday so I can't comment on the food as I didn't dine here. Good - Covid19 precautions clearly displayed and in use (sanitiser, disposable gloves before entering dining room) - Receptionist (didn't get her name) was very helpful and smiley - Modern rooms, very clean and a decent sized TV with a good range of english channels - Small fridge in the room - Very comfortable beds - 7th floor pool is beautifully set up with a covered area for shade - A proper supermarket (Mercadona) is only a 5 minute walk - Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the main strip - Close to bus stop to Palma (bus 25 for €2). Unfortunately the bus to/from airport wasn’t running due to covid so hopefully next time! Not so good (but wouldn't stop me from returning) - Balconies on the side I was staying were not private as partitions/walls between each rooms were only waist high - Music too loud on 7th floor pool during the day so no chance for relaxing in peace - No sun umbrellas in the pool areas (I never asked if there were any but shouldn't have to as they should be readily available)

Had a very nice six day stay! The rooms are clean and well-designed, the shower head is amazing. Pools were great there's one downstairs for doing laps and one on the roof top for drinks and taking a dip. All staff were extremely helpful and nice, especially the front desk and security. Juan is awesome at the front desk, he gave me tips on day trips and was very sweet when I had questions. The weekend can get a little rowdy so bring your earplugs and ask for a room away from the main areas, if neighbors are making too much noise at night call the front desk and they send security to the room, very helpful because I had some neighbors blasting rap music on a Sunday night.

The ad said the hotel was close to the beach. Being disabled we were disappointed to find to was a long walk away. There was nothing in close proximity to the hotel. We paid for a safe in the room but it was broken. We were told it would be repaired but two days later it was still the same. We were then moved to another room. The reception bar wasn't open in the evenings. The hotel was ideal for young stag and hen parties with a disco on the lower ground floor and live heavy music on the roof terrace. No entertainment for older guests.

Fresh eggs and fruit, but terrible coffee, made breakfast ‘okay’ overall. Dinner was great some days, so check before you go. Nice room, shower, lobby and hallways. Walking distance to beach but Mallorca has far better beaches elsewhere. Roof top pool isn’t as great as I imagined but not bad. Security and front desk are extremely unfriendly at night. Location is full of drunk tourists so be prepared. Cleaning team is great! Most employees were very nice.

Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. The only problem that the room was tiny for 3. Not even place to open one suitcase.
