Spent a wonderful evening with Hotel Lotus! Everything made for a great experience. Owner is very involved and very helpful. Very personal touch to make for a most enjoyable stay!

Maria and the staff were so sweet! Included breakfast was very nice and they were just so attentive and helpful! We had a room on the 1st floor which are smaller but larger are available higher floors- clean comfortable. Tek Fyrri Maria!

Extremely disappointed in this hotel. We cancelled our reservation and apparently they ignored the message charged me. The hotel sent us instructions for how to get in at two in the morning. Horrible communication and a horrible experience.

The staff is extremely kind, accommodating, and thoughtful. The property is very cozy, safe, and clean. I'd highly suggest this hotel if you're staying in Reykjavik.

The Hotel Lotus is a great hotel and has a modern feel. This was our 2nd time staying at Hotel Lotus. At the beginning of our trip to Iceland we spoke with the Owner of the hotel and told her we were coming back at the end of our trip and how we really liked the accommodations and location. The Owner had upgraded our rooms for our return which was really nice. Unfortunately, we had to return early from our tour because of the bad weather, but it was really nice having the upgraded room for our now two day stay. We highly recommend this Hotel, the staff and the owner were wonderful, the rooms were great especially the heated bathroom floor, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the breakfast selections were good.

Hotel Lotus is a wonderful hotel. Its modern updated style is nice and the room and beds are very comfortable. It has a nice selection of breakfast foods and is location within walking distance of downtown Reykjavik. We chatted with the owner and she was very nice. She provided recommendations of things to do and see.

We got to the hotel very in the morning and the staff was very nice, let us check in early, even offered us breakfast. The hotel close to everything.

The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The art was unique and add to the charm. The staff were lovely and very personable. The chocolates in the reception and offering all day coffee and cake in the lounge area was was an extra nice touch. Only recompendation is to turn the heat down a bit.

This is a smaller boutique hotel. It was probably the best hotel room I ever stayed at. The room was luxurious and cozy with moody lighting and modern decor. The washroom felt like a spa - heated floors / towel warmer. Breakfast is included in your stay and it was delicious. Wish I stayed 2 nights instead of 1!

Very cute little hotel in close proximity to the city center

Very fun botique hotel a short drive from all the sights and sounds. Great room, solid breakfast, simple parking. A great home base for adventures around town and daytrips.

Staff here was very helpful, Allowing me to check in early, showing me highlights on a map of Reykjavík, and making a take away breakfast for a very early flight. The hotel is quiet, clean, uncluttered, modern. Decent breakfast and coffee and tea available at all times, I had a great stay and would come here again
