Staff cannot speak English or native language. Very rude.

The location is very strategic. Walking distance to AEON Mall, IKEA and Toppen. Only about 5 minutes. If you want to play around the Mall, I recommend staying here. There is no mineral water in the room, but we can buy it in the hotel lobby. There is hot water for bathing. The minus is that there is no elevator here, if you bring heavy luggage, you have to lift the stairs yourself. Overall the hotel is good.

The receptionist friendly, room clean, the place near AEON tebrau mall, Ikea, Hero Market, Toppen, etc. All are good 👍.
