Bed was comfortable and room was spacious by Japanese standards and included a small dining table. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A few relatively minor things keep it from 5 stars. Faint smell of smoke in the building because there are smoking rooms. Can't use the shower and the bathroom sink at the same time as water can only be routed to one or the other. Fridge in room was not very cold and could not be adjusted.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Understood our needs and proficient in English. They provided valuable guide to many of our questions. The rooms are clean and appropriate size compared to many other local hotels. Location is good as it is within walking distance to the train station, eateries and shopping centre. Overall, we are very happy with the hotel.

One night in Japan and this was a perfect place..near the metro and lots of shopping. The front desk was very helpful in providing maps of the area and recommending places to attend. If you walking from the metro make a copy of a map the street wind and turn a lot to the hotel. I needed to wash my clothes and that was very accessible as well.

大浴場、綺麗で良かったです。ドライヤーの風力が強くて有難かったです。

部屋のユニットバスはかなり狭いけど、大浴場が快適なので助かりました

客室のフロア全体が暗いことや、部屋のシャワーが狭いこと以外には不満ナシ。 大浴場が快適で、清掃が入らない日のドリンクサービスも他のビジネスホテルと比べると太っ腹。チェックインが遅いのもありがたい。また泊まりたいです

この価格では妥当と思いますが、バスタブがあまりに小さすぎるので大きい者には苦しい…

部屋の掃除が無い日は、飲み物を提供してくれるのがいい。ビールもその選択枝にあります。

川崎市役所の近く、周りは住宅地、という立地なので、昼夜ともに静かでした。 多くはありませんが、飲食店・コンビニもあり、不自由は感じませんでした。 落ち着いて過ごしたい方にはおすすめだと思います。

古さはあったが、清潔に保たれていてスタッフさんの対応も良かったです。

駅からも近く､コンビニもすぐあり不自由しませんでした。出張の機会には､また使いたいと思いますね

室内の清楚が綺麗で、きっちりされてましたです清潔感は、良かったです。只、防音が、薄いか、無いかで、話し声が聞こえ、様々な音が気になる。

大浴場があったのには驚きました ゆっくりできました また、チェックアウトの時間が遅かったので、ゆっくりできました

スタッフの対応が良く、部屋も清潔で快適でした。
