Easy to do check-in and check-out, staff friendly and helpful, room clean and breakfast is good

It was beyond my expectations that the space is larger compared to Sotetsu branch in Seoul, friendly staff, also love the amenities! I will be back here.

The receptionist and service are very good. I like that there is a hair straightener to borrow. It is near the convenient store, Kyoto station and public transportation stops, especially near shopping areas like Donki🤍🥹

This hotel was the best option for me and my friend. It's strategic, very near to Konbini, you can't be starving at anytime. It's near to bus halte, also JR Shinkansen (Kyoto Station). Everything is perfect with this hotel. Cleanliness, comfort, room size, location, etc. I will definitely go back to this hotel when I go to Kyoto once again.

Rooms near the train station, convenient travel, clean, good service staff. The rooms are good, although not large, but comfortable to live in. There are lots of toiletries, pajamas, sunscreen, etc., very convenient.

Delicious food, comfortable rooms, very impressive, close to the station, convenient transportation.

Location was decent at the opposite of where the usual hype is of Kyoto, more residential for locals. Not very accessible if you're heading to sightsee as the main buses are at the other side of Kyoto station. Rooms are no frills, simple but neighbouring knocks in the room & noise in the walkways could be heard. No water provided as tap water is portable and almost room amenities are avail in the lobby. Good price for the rooms.

Hotel rooms and toilets are wider than the rooms of the surrounding hotels. Close to Lawson, Family Mart and Daily Mart 24hours. Close to Kyoto Station, close to Kyoto Avanti Mall. Finding halal food is also easy. By walking, you can visit chickens

Narrow, small, ordinary. Expensive for that class.

The hotel is close to Kyoto Station, check in time at 3 pm, but can leave the suitcase first. So far, it's not bad because it's only stayed for 1 day.

Love the lady spa packets to keep face fresh and pretty

The staffs were great from the front office to cleaning service, very sincere. Love the ladies spa pack, the breakfast menu always change daily, stayed there for 3 nights. Very good place to stay.
