Convenient location. Pleasant staff.

Hotel closed upon arrival. No notice to me in advance. Another guest provided some assistance and I called the hotel who provided directions to access the room. Lobby bar closed all night. Hotel unbearably hot except in room. Not even an offer the next day to make it right or apologize. Totally unprofessional, and not a 4 star experience. They can do better. Rooms are great, but service was dismal.

The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and the hotel is situated in a great locations!

The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of a lot of touristic attractions and restaurants.

Parking was convenient but it would have been helpful to have it explained before arrival. The motion detector which operated the bathroom faucet made it difficult to wash hands.

Great place to stay if visiting Ulm. Nice, clean rooms and an excellent breakfast. Perfectly located too.

Super zentral gelegen, Parkhaus nur wenige Meter entfernt, Bushaltestelle ebenso. Sehr freundliches Personal, Checkin war schon früher möglich. Haben uns nachträglich noch für Frühstück (12 Euro pro Person) entschieden, es war reichhaltig und sehr gut! Kurzum, komplett zufrieden.

Great modern hotel in a great location

Very nice hotel right in front of Cathedral and in the best location close to Fischer district and other attractions. Clean and functional The photos on hotels.com do not reflect the excellent quality of the building and the hotel. Breakfast was excellent too.

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. No mini fridge was also missed for cold beverages.

Fantastisch hotel, heel mooie kamer, uitgebreid buffet ontbijt (brunch), heel goed gelegen om Ulm te bezoeken. Vriendelijk onthaal. Gewoon perfect.

Excellent location, with large rooms. Staff very helpful. Would definitely stay at again if ever in Ulm again.

I checked in on an unseasonably warm day. I asked if I could have a bottle of cold water. The front-desk staffer quickly pulled one from the fridge … and charged me 5€. When I took the bottle up to my room, I saw that there was already a bottle of the very same (room temp) water on a table, included as an amenity. I came away from that little interaction feeling a bit gypped out of an extra 5€. Couldn’t the clerk simply have given me the cold water or at least offered to trade it for what was already in my room??? Come ON !!!
