Beautiful place in a great location. Had a bit of a problem with the shower leaking all over the bathroom floor but otherwise the apartment was great.

Location was great! Property was roomy for a studio with everything you need. The value for cost was very good. Communication with host was very good. Wood stay here again.

Ignazio the host was very helpful and communicative. Resolved an electric issue and questions we had during our stay without delay. Room (the ‘Studio’) was spacious and had a full kitchenette.l, main bed comfortable, and our toddler was happy on the sofa bed. Set on a quiet, private and secure courtyard area. Hot water hit and miss, curtains not proper blackout, and all needs a lick of paint, showing some signs of wear everywhere, but undoubtedly excellent value, given the rates generally in Ortigia.

It was in a very central part of Ortigia. Very easy to get everywhere and the propeety felt secure and was very quiet. We saw a few other guests in the courtyard who were very nice.

Getting to this apartment is challenging, but it's worth the effort. The owner was very helpful, providing instructions for self-check-in and where to park my rental car. The apartment is very comfortable with a full kitchen and espresso machine.

Extremely central apartment, you really feel like you’re in the middle of Siracusa. The upstairs area of the apartment was hot but we got a fan upon request which solved the problem. The host could not have been more helpful and communicative - he kindly came and collected us from the parking garage. Note for guests - make sure you have parking organized before you arrive! Plenty of room, full kitchen, right next door to restaurants and a bar that can be noisy, but adds to the ambience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this centrally located property. We loved being able to walk everywhere from the unit.The unit was quiet, clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was great. Thanks!

Great location and cute deco. property very clean and steps from everything in Ortigia (which is less than a sq. Km. Check-in a little bumpy but ok. The owner is very responsive. Only comment on property is a moisture smell but I guess it is often the case in Ortigia..it is part of the experience.

Small courtyard and lovely clean room. Right in the centre. Parking is a 15 min walk away and costs 10 euros a day ( public car park ) - enter parking at second entrance the one with barrier not first. First is ticket purchase and second is pay when u leave. Our car was fine but car park full of homeless 😞. The room was lovely and clean will all anyone would need. Location is perfect. Owners helpful and welcoming 👍😊

The flat is in a great location, a minute's walk from the Cathedral square which is lively and stunning. It was clean and well-equipped, the bed was large and really comfortable and Ignazio, the owner is great; with plenty of useful tips about the best places to go. It's not easy to drive there unless you have a very small car, so after dropping off the bags we chose to park in the main car park on the edge of Ortigia, it was only 10 Euros / day and a 10 minute walk through the town from the flat.
