There is no smoking allowed in the room, smoking must be on the balcony. I don't smoke in the room, I throw cigarette rubbish in the bathroom because the hotel only provides rubbish bins there and there are no rubbish bins on the balcony. When checking out, they charged me 30 $ because the room smelled of cigarettes and I explained what happened but they didn't want to understand. The hotel even blamed me for not asking them where to throw the cigarette trash. Hello? Aren't you wrong to say that? I am a guest and as the accommodation provider you should prepare a trash can on the balcony, not just in the bathroom so that guests who smoke don't throw cigarette waste in the bathroom trash can 👎🏻.
