Friendly staff A lot of water in the shower Room cleaned everyday

This hotel was a perfect location in Valleta most places within 10 mins or less walking. But also away from all the noise of the town. Views were beautiful if you face the city from the 4th floor upwards. Breakfast is included and that also included some fresh options cooked for you the eggs Benedict was absolutely delicious. The only small issue we had was the staff didn’t seem very informative when asking how to get around and didn’t recommend any excursions. Also the cleaners in the morning were very loud could hear them banging around every morning from around 7am.

This was our second time staying La Falconeria, excellent location, awesome staff and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

The staff were hospitable and and displayed great customer service skills. The breakfast was plentiful and had good variety.The hotel decor was modern with a twist of cultural mix in places. The only downside is the pool which was created from a previous underground well which is circular more like a plunge pool rather than a swimming pool.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff was helpful with questions I had. Helped me regarding bus, ferry, and hop on hop off. All staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast staff was attentive. Breakfast fresh and prepared well. Great job by cooks and servers. I enjoyed my stay.

Near the center of town great breakfast, good friendly staff would stay again.

All staff very helpful and friendly in every interaction. Hotel very clean throughout. Bed comfortable, room minimalist and only 2 English speaking tv channels, clean, well appointed bathroom with good supply of hot water at all times. Location perfect for Valletta ,within walking distance of all attractions yet mostly quiet street opposite French embassy ( has 24 HR police presence which helps !) Balcony extension to room tended to be bit noisy during high wind and rain but nothing too disturbing. Breakfast selection choice refilled regularly and welcomed each morning by very pleasant staff team. Nothing too much trouble.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive & polite. Hotel perfectly situated in the city, and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts & fresh coffee were the perfect start to the day. Highly recommend and would happily stay again

La Falconeria was a wonderful place to spend three nights. It has an excellent location, a great breakfast, and extremely welcoming staff and the rooms were spotlessly clean. My only complaint was that the pillows were lousy. But believe me, that was a minor issue since everything else was outstanding.

Well located in Valletta with lots of dining options nearby. Large room and shower/wc. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Friendly, pleasant staff. Would definitely recommend.

The property was conveniently positioned in the centre of Valletta. The hotel was fine but lacked any sense of warmth or connection. The staff were fine but offered no additional information, assistance or advice on how to enjoy your stay in Malta. When we requested to have a taxi booked for our departure they forgot to do this so we had to remind them. There was a distinct lack of interest from the entire team which I find extraordinary and very disappointing

Fantastic location and hotel, friendly staff and great facilities.

This hotel was ‘almost’ perfect. The issue was that the bed was ‘uncomfortably’ firm and there was a flashing sensor in the middle of the ceiling. This meant that I didn’t sleep much at all. Sort these out (and the limited TV options) and it’ll be perfect. Location, breakfast, facilities, style helpfulness etc all very good.

We are vegans and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They provide a variety of other taste options for us. We also really like the location.

This was a really lovely hotel in an excellent location. The staff was attentive and extremely helpful. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff at the restaurant was top-notch.

We had a brilliant stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our enclosed balcony too.

The entire hotel Staff was exceptionally responsive and helpful, regardless of the request. They really made our trip great.
