Super helpful and polite staff everywhere. Didn’t use the spa facilities but plan on doing so next time we visit and we would definitely go back

This was the most beautiful stay. It was like we stepped back in time and were featured in a Jane Austen movie. This property was picturesque and out in the country. There are lovely walking paths which take you by a pond and fiekds of sheep. This was the peace we needed. We highly recommend Rushton Hall and we will be back.

Your staff, from reception [Olivia] to bar staff and bar manager were so helpful and kind. We also met a couple of other staff members [new there, from your other hotel]. Such lovely people. We wnjoyed speaking with everyone and getting insight about the manor.

Lovely, quiet location. Finally, helpful staff. Good food and a good night's sleep along with a spa. What more could you want. Will be back in a shot.

The building has an extensive history and is an architectural marvel. The room was spacious and well appointed. Dinner was exquisite. The grounds were immaculately kept and the surrounding land was a picture of pastoral beauty. The pool and sauna were relaxing and we had them all to ourselves. It was a wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary.

Place hasn’t been renevated since the since the 60s or the 70s, in desperate need of an update. Wanted a table in the restaurant at 8:00. They said they could only serve at 7:30. At 8:00, there was no one in there. On your bedside table, they leave you a small bottle of Own Brand water for £10. Thank you very much.

Everything was excellent - the food, the service, the room and the Spa. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room had high ceilings and felt so spacious. The whole experience felt decadent and luxurious. Only 2 minor gripes. Very mini toiletries in the room for 2 people to use. There were small bits of debris on the bottom, this was at 8am. So I would just look at the cleaning schedule.

Rushton Hall is a wonderful place. It sits in immaculate grounds and the building has a fascinating history (ask to see the priest hole!) All the staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. The pool was warm and clean. Food delicious and well-served. Highly recommended 👌.

Despite a refurb the rooms are still in need of updates, I did report them to reception. Bedroom was freezing cold on arrival, had both underfloor and an air pump which was strange. Breakfast was very good.

Absolutely stunning hotel, welcomed by staff the moment we arrived and all very friendly- nothing seems like too much trouble. Spa facilities are lovely and the evening meal and lunch we had were amazing. Already looking at a return visit ❤️ Big thanks to Paul. I left 2 bracelets in my bathrobe. These were quickly found and returned to me by post. Thanks for a great visit

Hotel was ok, room was a long walk but that's ok. Check in/out with Ashley wasn't great... Not one please or thank you which doesn't give a good first impression. Felt like I was doing him an inconvenience!
