The room, the hotel, the rooftop bar, the views, the ambiance, the Bulgari soaps, the bed comfort, the breakfast….where to start? All wonderful and the service made everything spectacular.

Beautiful, beautiful hotel, great food, friendly staff!!

The hotel itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the service was extremely poor. We stayed for six nights and were told on arrival that breakfast—despite being clearly included in our booking—was not included. This was only corrected at the end of our stay, after we had already been charged, and there was no apology or sense of accountability. Overall service was very slow and did not meet the standard expected of a five-star hotel. In addition, the bed was not comfortable and the sheets appeared old and worn, which further detracted from the experience. Despite there being festive events and numerous activities taking place during our stay, no effort was made by the concierge to inform us of these. We were only fortunate to discover most of them while walking around the streets. The overall experience was below par, and regrettably, I would not recommend this hotel.

we did not have breakfast as not breakfast people but we did have a light lunch by the pool. which was good with good service as well. we went to the Spa and did the 1 hour circuit had the place to ourselves. our room was large and very modern white and blue which is too modern and cool for me but the room had everything we needed All of the staff are friendly and profesional as you would expect with a five star hotel

We visit Malaga several times a year and I have always wanted to stay at this hotel. It did not disappoint, the welcome, our room and, the best bit, the staff. Everyone took care of us going out of their way to make our stay special. The housekeepers done a phenomenal job as did reception, porters and waiters. We will definitely stay again, thank you all.
