The shuttle didn't work at midnight

Rooms too small

Good place

I stayed there for a long layover, had reseved both legs of my flight at once (my mistake). The first stay, the AC was only blowing hot air although was set to cold, we were able to get through the night with it off (our time was limited and didnt have time to complaint). We decided to keep our reservation for the second leg of our flight and of course they gave us a different room, to pur surprise, the AC didnt work, we had been out and didnt notice this until 11pm and we had to get up at 3am. So we decided to just deal with no AC. We only had breakfast during one of our stays amd breakfast wasnt the greatest. The area around the hotel is an industrial area so do not expect much.

For the price of the hotel- they Nickle and dime you on everything! Charge for parking, room snacks, pool party, breakfast, hotel amenity fee! They forgot to service room and we had to get towels at midnight to shower after become out all night. Not cool. Staff was friendly.

Just well located, the hotel by itself is not great, pretty poorly designed inside the rooms

Hotel located near the airport in an industrial area. Is nos advisable to walk around the property. The rooms are ok. The bed could be more comfortable. The food I. The restaurant is very good and the hotel breakfast is very good.

The WiFi was shady at best and the air conditioning kept blowing heat on its own. Definitely would not stay there again

Nice staff, good installations. Good transportation from/to airport

Staff friendly but did not explain breakfast, transportation, WiFi, checkout, shuttle. Beds were hard as a rock. Only two bath towels in room (4 people). Room was nice otherwise. Did not have a chance to use fitness center or have breakfast. Room service available and restaurant onsite. Location is in heart of Bogota center, we walked to dinner spot over expressway. Airport shuttle was awesome.
