The room we had was impeccably clean, as was the whole place. Would definitely return. We checked out on a Sunday morning, and other than the hotel breakfast buffet, which was very good, we couldn't easily find other local options within walking distance that day

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights and three days during my trip to Portland, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Here are the major issues I faced during my stay: Poor Housekeeping: The room was not cleaned even once during the stay, despite daily housekeeping being a standard expectation at any hotel. No Room Service or In-Room Communication: There was no room service available, and we were unable to call the front desk from our room. For any assistance, we had to physically go down to the lobby, which was extremely inconvenient. Mishandled Food Delivery: Before ordering food via Uber Eats, I called the front desk to confirm the process. Alan from the reception assured me I could have food delivered and pick it up from the lobby. However, when we arrived, the food was missing. We have photo evidence showing the delivery was made in the lobby. The hotel staff denied receiving it and refused to take any responsibility. We suggested checking security footage to trace what happened to the order, but this was dismissed. Key Card Issues: Our room key stopped working both days. We had to return to the front desk multiple times to get it reissued, which was frustrating and unnecessary after long travel days. The lack of cleanliness, poor communication, mishandled food delivery, and unprofessional behavior from the staff made the experience thoroughly disappointing. I recently stayed at the AC Hotel in Portland. The property itself was exceptional in terms of cleanliness – the rooms and common areas were spotless, modern, and well-maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. However, the parking experience was extremely disappointing. I paid $50 for parking, but after checking out, it took nearly 30 minutes just to get my car back. For such a premium rate, I expected a much smoother and quicker process.

Overall, very satisfied with our stay. Staff was very welcoming and helpful in the answering of various questions and concerns. Property was very well-kept, and clean. Truly have nothing bad to say about our stay, however, note; there is no self parking on the premises. Either pay 50-60$ for valet, or put your vehicle on the street. We lucked out and were able to park on the street for free due to the times and day of the week. So many good spots for food around the hotel.

Service was great, room was wonderful. Only thing I could complain about is the breakfast spread. Definitely not worth $15 each so if you stay here just walk down to Drip Drop coffee and get some real food for the less. Everything else was great, valet service was $50 for overnight which I don’t think it too bad at all.

4 days. We were treated to an early check in and a late check out. They held our bags free of charge on check out until we collected them late in the afternoon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No breakfast was included and limited choices in lobby for food. Location was great. Close to max lines and some buses to get around.

Super convenient location for waterfront events, and within walking distance to a Starbucks and other great restaurants. Room had a good layout and was very clean. The area felt nice and safe- we felt very comfortable walking around including at night. We would have preferred there being prices listed for the lobby market as we had to ask the front desk about every item and prices were all over the place.

Rooms are well sized and well designed. Every floor has a hydration station with filtered water and ice. Bottled water was provided every 2 days during housekeeping, which was much appreciated given the hot weather.
