Didn't allow room service for us with no valid reason

The Crown Plaza in Barranquilla and Staff exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was amazing!

nice hotel but the "city view" was blocked by a window that seems was never cleaned the tv was only basic channels couldn't wasn't a smart tv so Netflix or any of that was out of the question

It’s a great hotel. Our only issue was the ongoing construction in the reception area which did not allow us to enjoy the property as before. Will definitely come back.

Very nice hotel

The location is good, but is next to a bar and during the night time the music is very loud. Also, the hotel is not clean, and the rooms are outdated. The breakfast is good.

It was a fantastic place to stay cleanliness food accommodations in the stuff. It was outstanding. Everybody was so friendly and make you feel like you use part of them. Thank you very much for everything.

Pool was out of service and this was not communicated proactively prior to booking. Booked hotel for that reason. Fixtures in shower were lose.

My stay in this hotel was amazing, the staff was super kind always taking care of my needs, the facillity was super well located near of a beautiful shopping mall with good restaurants and stores...

I had an outstanding experience at Crowne Plaza Barranquilla. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. A special mention goes to Chef Guillermo, whose dedication and passion are reflected in every detail—absolutely exceptional. The level of service throughout the hotel is top-notch, with everyone going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would gladly give them a 10. Highly recommended—this place truly sets the standard for hospitality.
