I chose this hotel because I'd often stayed at similar hotels elsewhere and was quite satisfied. The mattress quality was very poor. For the high price, I only got a foam mattress with a topper, which was very uncomfortable. The front desk service was excellent. The food variety and quality were subpar. A plus point is the hotel's proximity to tourist attractions, within walking distance.

I don't really like the environment at Ibis Malacca. It's quiet and seems a bit shabby.

Stayed at Ibis Malacca. Actually it is close to the night market. About 15 minutes walk. But it is around the Ibis hotel, for me it is not comfortable.

+: EVERYTHING! Location (within 10 minutes walk to Jonker Street), clean, spacious, shower (NICE), lights on bathroom mirror (convenient for make up), direct USB charger, wide variety of TV channels, nice bed and pillows, bolsters (ya there are bolsters!), no smoking hotel! Overall it's a big big like for ibis hotel! -: The facilities wear off a bit. Can see some minor parts (table/toilet bowl) chipped off, but overall not impacting the staying experience as it is clean and relatively new. Still my first choice for Melaka accommodation.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The family room was spacious for 3 of us. The toilet was clean, and the warm shower has high pressure. The location was great, a short distance to Jonker and Bukit China, where we explored for food.

It was a pleasure to stay here. Spacious room, soft bed, besides pillows there are also bolsters which are not available in other hotels. The staff is friendly. Close to Jonker Street. Around the hotel there are many restaurants, drug stores/pharmacies.

Hotel room was average and ok. But, the reception, Mr. Faiz was really nice and helpful. He also recommended a nice place to eat. The security was also very helpful! Would definitely come back for the services. Thank you Ibis Melaka👌👍

The bedroom is airy, comfortable, and fully equipped. The breakfast is varied and has many options. The front hall has a beautiful photo corner. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic in supporting from the gate. The location is near the Square, saving walking time.

For the 2nd time we stay here. Pool best untuk kids. Parking senang. Breakfast best. Room also clean. Staff friendly. Recommended 👍🏻.
