This is my second time staying at Mercure Shaw Parade. My reservation did not include breakfast. So I just crossed the street from the hotel to find a 24-hour food stall. The location is strategic to Lalaport mall and Hang Tuah LRT station. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, typical of Mercure. The service is quite friendly and fast. Recommended hotel if you stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Great location, surrounded by lots of food stall including the famous roast pork-Wong Mei Kee. Near to TRX exchange Mall, Furama Plaza and Lolly Port. Free daily mini bar-love it. Clean room and nice view from hotel.

The best thing here is that checking in is easy if you booked through Traveloka. The location is great, near many local restos. The view from the 12th floor is great, we could see the Petronas twin towers. They also gave us magnets with Malaysia's architectural symbols as a gift for staying here. The breakfast they provided was great and had a variety of choices.

Staf ramah sarapan pagi baik. Kebersihan baik, lokasi strategis. Dekat dengan Pudu cukup jalan kaki ke ICC pudu. Kuliner warga lokal dan dekat ke mall baru TRX hanya grab 6 RM

Positive: Clean hotel with very nice city view, within walking distance of lots of eateries & malls. Especially like the water dispenser in the room (hot water & room temperature water), save the hassle to boil water/request for bottled water. Also like the pair of pillows (one soft one hard) which catered to different needs of different guests. Room for improvement: Shower water pressure can be more consistent. Would be good to have ice cube maker in the fridge. Swimming pool is a bit small. There are inconsiderate room guests who talk loudly at night and bang the hotel room doors. In the room, these are provided: dispensable liquid soap, dispensable shampoo, tooth kit, hand soap, sanitary bag, shower cap, toilet roll, hair dryer, big towels, hand towels, iron & board, indoor slippers, fridge etc.

Location was good and easy acces to Lalaport or by foot to central bukit bintang. The only problem that I'm facing we're the Front Desk. Lacking of communications and needs to be improve. Otherwise, great and comfortable interior. Cheers.

Got it on promo so I just spend $100 for 2 nights stay. Very strategic, 10 mins to KLCC. Bedroom and bathroom were very clean and spacious. We definitely gonna come back here when re-visiting Kuala Lumpur.

I am quite happy to stay here. The location of the hotel is behind the successful time square. To go to Pavilion, Bukit Bintang is quite far. Stay 4D3N, the breakfast menu is the same every day. Housekeeping service (Mr. Rupeesh) is responsive.

Hotel ini bersih, makanan enak dan bervariasi, akses ke transportasi umum dekat, mall dekat, pelayanan ramah banget mulai resepsionis sampai room service, rooftop nya keren. Insya Allah kalau ke KL akan nginap di sini lagi.

Location was quite far from shopping area/mall. Food was not bad. Although space was not big enough. Had a bad experience during last night stay cause our room was coming new guest using the same key and got the same room number with us due to lack of receptionist from the hotel. Overall stay was nice.

Fasilitas dalam kamar bagus, bersih dan nyaman. Pelayanan dari staf hotel juga sangat baik dan membantu tamu terhadap apa yang dibutuhkan. Service air mineral dalam kamar juga tidak menggunakan air kemasan hal ini dapat membantu program pengurangan limbah plastik.
