Ok for overnight stay for early flight would like some more relaxed area to have drink apart from tables in dining area there is no lounge so took my drink back to room. Not ideal for solo traveller.

Ideal to stay prior or after flight, walking distance to terminal.

Modern hotel, clean and on the airport. Quite pricey but you payvfor convenience.

Clean room with basic facilities perfectly adequate for one night but it was cold. Unable to heat the room at all and the bedding is very thin.

Everything was fine...perhaps seating area needs recovering. Breakfast was good...plenty to choose from.

No online checkin so waited patiently at checkin desk - I had stopped at this hotel previously but service seems to have gone down hill.

The only problem for us is someone was driving us to the airport and to have to pay 60.00 for your car park would have been ridiculous. So we parked in pick up area 7.00 but had to walk with our cases which was a bit inconvenient. But otherwise very convenient for airportpark r

Not a great range of GF food available - the dish that was offered (on the GF menu) was swiftly taken back as they realised that it did indeed contain gluten….

Fourth or fifth time we have stayed here before an early flight. Hotel is always very clean and tidy with good staff.

Bit expensive but perfect and easy location for 1 night before an early morning flight, with breakfast available from 4am

Booked this hotel for ease as we had a 6am flight, however, AC did not work so room was boiling and bed/ pillows were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept on, very poor sleep (my partner got about two hours). Both agreed that we would’ve been better rested if we’d stayed at home and got up an hour earlier to make our way to the airport. No hotel parking, unless you want to pay £65 for the night! May not have been so disappointed if the stay was half the price, but not good value for money and we will not be staying again. Both myself and my partner have stayed in other Hilton hotels and this is by far the worst in terms of comfort. Pros were Check in was fairly straight forward, staff pleasant, good choice of channels on the tv in the room and cold breakfast from 4am (not sure if any good as we didn’t use this service).

We stsyed after a late flight back from holiday, done this before hampton is always accommodating and the room is always nice clean and comfy, and the breakfast is good. Thank you

Awful experience with Gluten Free options. My wife is coeliac and there was nothing she could eat

The price of room does not fit,breakfast was poor and very unappetising Eggs,bacon on hot plate had been there far too long bacon like cardboard fried eggs rubbery. No staff around to wipe down tabes or for assistance so had no choice of eggs it was either fried like rubber or watery scrambled .The only thing i enjoyed was brown toast. Room basic Premier Inn has better!Guest printer not working.Had disturbed sleep though noises outside/above.Extremely disappointed all round shall never recommend or stay in a Hilton again.

Checked in after a late flight arrival at 11.30 without issues. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had good gluten free options as 1 of my family is a coeliac.
