Only stayed for one night before a flight but it was clean and comfortable. We left early hours of the morning so didn’t make use of any of the facilities. Overall it was good for what we needed and would stay again.

Great hotel for an early morning departure.Great staff and rooms etc. Only complaint is this is the 2nd stay in a row (April 26 and now) where we have had to call assistance from reception in the early hours to switch off a faulty air conditioning/heating alarm off in our room,really annoying. Otherwise great stay

There were no ice machines. Parking in the lot is very expensive - 45 pounds sterling per night....that's about $60.

The hotel is very convenient for the airport and the room was fine. But I have to give poor marks for the 'free breakfast'. We should have had a continental breakfast as 5am - there were only 1 x pastries out and 2 x small muffins and all the racks were empty. Other stations were also empty, few pieces of fruit in the bowl by the yogurt. Really poor when we paid over £300 for the rooms for a night.

The room was for 3 people, the 3rd bed was not set up, there were no pillows for it or quilt cover, due to a very early flight we did not have time to contact reception so made do with what we had

A well designed and maintained hotel. Our only criticism was the very limited dinner menu and the fact that extras (like chicken with a salad) could not apparently be ordered from the QR code so entailed a lot longish wait in line.

Excellent Breakfast. Unfortunately the extraction fan in the bathroom made a high pitched whistling which was audible even with the door closed. Apparently we were told that it was not possible to turn this off.

It has a lot of money, as I wasn’t impressed with how they handled the Fire Alarm at 1.30am! No guidance, no reassurance, no explanation. Other friends have also experienced this on previous trips - this needs to be improved big time Karen Perks

Staff very helpfull .little disrupted by the workers outside .but clean rooms and load of space in room as it was a stop over very comfortable

Fire alarm at 1 am with no explanation. We got up, got dressed and then it stopped. No shower gel in the bathroom and horrific queues at the bar. Convenient location but a lot of money for not very much

We were given prior notice that due to the building work it’s not quite as convenient in terms of getting to the terminal, have an umbrella handy! No water in the room, the male receptionist said ‘there are cups, drink from the tap’!! Food was poor and expensive and 1/2 the menu was unavailable. The Hilton group have gone down hill.

So convenient for early morning flights rather than hoping for no delays on the day.

Paid a lot of money for the room and not even a bottle of water in the fridge

Great stay and no noise considering the proximity of the airport! Great breakfast provided from 4am (although I would have appreciated more protein eg eggs but at least there was yoghurt and seeds).

The rooms were fine but we tried to get some food when we arrived about 8pm & there was virtually nothing left to eat. The excuse was they were very busy the day before. There were no pizzas, chips, jacket potatoes & many other things. Being celiac I'm limited to what I can eat so other than salad there wasnt anything left except nachos.

Big comfortable bed, does what it says on the tin. Hugely convenient for late flight arrival - good nights sleep before continuing our journey.

The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay before a flight from Bristol Airport. It is conveniently located for both the terminal and multi storey car park. The food and service was very good too.
