Just what you need for a night before an early flight.

I checked in at 02:30hrs and was very tired and went straight to bed. The room was uncomfortably cold although the key card switch was in place. Unfortunately the heating doesn't automatically come on, the wall controller need to be switched on. The last thing you think of when you are tired and needing a good nights sleep after a long flight is to switch on the room temperature and make adjustments.

We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff of reception, who explained everything to us in detail. The rooms were clean and tidy however only ‘issue’ is the beds are not very comfortable including the pull out bed. But other than that our stay was great. Although I know it’s very early but it’s a shame that the cooked breakfast wasn’t on offer before 6am

It was adequate for a pre-flight stay. The room was clean and reasonably spacious but uncomfortably cold. Admittedly the UK weather was unseasonably cold but with the rather high cost of the room the heating should have been switched on.

Long wait to get a drink on arrival, we used the QR code for table service but there weren’t enough staff to cope with the peak early evening period. Otherwise everything was great, I’ve stayed there before a couple of times, yes it’s expensive but you can’t beat it for a relaxing sleep then quick access to the terminal. This was our first stay where we could try the full breakfast, normally we’re flying so early we just grab a few things from the continental selection. Decent quality and range of items were provided for a hot breakfast. No complaints.

we always stay in this hotel when we have a very early flight. We love it, good food, free breakfast, comfy beds and quiet rooms!

Clean Room, lovely hot shower. Breakfast eas fresh & was particularly impressed with the Dairy Free options, milk, yogurts, pastries, plus cooked breakfast.

Excellent choice for an airport hotel. Comfy bed, clean room and good shower. Just not sure why bother putting in nice Smeg fridges and then leaving them empty? Even some water would be appreciated.

Have stayed here several times. Always a warm welcome and comfortable rooms. On this stay I was leaving for ann early flight but enjoyed a complementary continental breakfast.

Hi, the room was clean, but very cold. Staff came to fix the heating twice, when asked. It worked after the second attempt. The check in was slow. Staff very helpful. We had a grab & go breakfast as we had an early morning flight. No take out coffee though, unless we missed it. Not good enough value for the high cost. It gets away with it as it’s the only hotel on site.

The alarm in the room went off at 420am and woke us all up,air con also failed. terrible stay.

Only had continental breakfast available before 6am. Bed was comfortable, a/c a bit loud but accurate temperature control. Very convenient 7 minute walk to terminal for early morning flight.

Staff were great. Two things a problem. 1. Charged my credit card on arrival when I had already paid Expedia. Resolved but had to message hotel to sort it out. Bit of a faff but no buggy. 2. Turned in for early night to get up for flight next morning but spurious alarm went off couple of hours after turning in. Had to phone down to reception and then get dressed for someone to sort it out in room.

quite a walk from the transport hub, and suffers from the expensive parking that is bristol airport. Very convienient for an early flight, but priced for that convienience
