The hotel is okay. The rooms are clean and it is right next to the beach. As a North American, it’s hard to rate this hotel more than okay, given that there was a musky smell to the room, which I think is typical for hotels located close to the water. The breakfast has a good variety, but I would rather pay a bit more for a nicer hotel next time.

Lovely affordable stay. Room and hotels clean and tidy. Beds really comfortable. Beach 2 min walk. Supermarket on the corner. Rooftop/ jacuzzi great to chill out after a day at the beach. Breakfast ok, plenty to choose from but not English style breakfast so bear in mind if you are English. Would recommend 😀

Room cleaned everyday. Quite area. All people very polite and ready for help. Breakfast full of choices even for picky people. Only 30 min by car from Palma. Worth to come back during better weather.

Good breakfast buffet, clean, nice rooms memory foam matress great staff, pool and small roof terrace with spa pool

The staff was very friendly and helpful but finding parking nearby was a bit ridiculous, had to walk 15 mins with all my luggage, the vent in the room was hanging on the wall , the light switch was shorting out and seemed like it could shock someone at any moment, temperature couldn’t be adjusted as low as i’d like & there was a lizard in the shower .

Wonderful hotel! Great breakfast in the morning and clean rooms. In a quite-er spot, an older group, but still great. Beaches right out there and super easy and accessible.

Honestly can’t rate this place higher, it’s the best three star hotel I have ever been to and really feels more like 4 star! Staff were the absolute best, pools and rooms were spotlessly clean and breakfast was the BEST

THE ROOM WAS PERFECT ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE BED WAS NOT FIXED AND IT MOVED WHENEVER YOU MOVED, WE ENDED UP PUTTING THE MATTRESSEES ON FLOOR. THE PROPERTY IS A BIT LIKE A LABRYNTH AND HARD TO FIND YOUR WAY AROUND, WE GOT LOST EACH TIME TRYING TO GET TO THE DINING ROOM

Second time I have stayed at this hotel and cant recommend it highly enough. The location is excellent and the staff are amazing. Facilities are excellent with the sun terrace and hot tubs the highlight. The staff even delivered a free fruit basket, free drinks voucher and Birthday card for my little boys 12th Birthday which was a great touch. Look forward to returning to stay here again very soon.

Everything fantastic - my only complaint was the bathroom/toilet area - covered slightly by a glass screen however unable to use the toilet with screen closed. Would not be able to share a room with somebody due to the bathroom design. Everything other aspect of hotel was fabulous!

When we looked at the hotel at expedia the pictures where looking great.than when we arrived at the reception it looked as the pictures where saying the truth.we got dissapointed straight away after we got to the room it had room with toilet without wall! It was smelly and not fresh.the smell was coming from the toilet so we asked to swap rooms for first of all separate toilet with actual doors and to have room with no toilet smell.we ended up having toilet separate but the smell was still there in next room.looks as they got problem with toilets in all hotel.we were in paguera only 4 days but if we were about to stay longer we would definatly leave the hotel and look for new one but we had not enough time we wanted to start enjoying weather on beach instead of driving around hotels.would not recommend it to anyone just because of the toilet smell and weird design if having toilt in actual room.shame as looked good on pictures.

We had a great time at Cupido Boutique Hotel. Good location very close to the beach, nice pool and the highlight was definitely the roof with two jacuzzis and lots of sun loungers with a beautiful view overlooking the sea. Drinks were good value and cocktail of the day was a nice tough. The room was basic but sufficient. The only downsides were we had two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed, and the breakfast wasn't amazing quality.

The hotels exterior was absolutely amazing, just how I like it simple, clean and modern. The location of the hotel was also pretty perfect to me, it was around 25-35 mins from the airport via taxi which amounted to 56 Euros however there is a bus that takes 1 hour for only 7 euros and is literally a 1 min and 30 sec walk from the hotel ( the bus stop) we used the taxi to come mainly because of the time we arrived and a bus to go to the airport. The hotel staff were amazing especially 'Xeisica' she was amazing helpful and just lovely. Genuinely happy to help and she made my experience 10 x better. I would say the night staff ( from 1 am onwards) need to take some tips off the day as they don't know what they're doing. However all day staff were absolutely brilliant! The breakfast wasn't my cup of tea but I like the variety ( I may be used to English breakfast) and I would describe this as traditional Spanish! Hotel also 15 mins from magaluf by taxi and 30 mins bu bus.

nice hotel, good breakfast, helpful staff. my room (114) had a rather unusual arrangement with the toilet inside the room, with no partition between the bed and the WC. This was kind of OK as I was on my own, but cannot see it work if sharing the room.

Excellent small hotel. Basic but comfortable and clean. Staff are excellent throughout the hotel. Great location close to beach and main strip. Hot tubs and roof terrace are superb. Breakfast is very good and an excellent selection.

We got to the hotel really late around 2:00am and they kindly had prepared a dinner for us. Everyone was friendly, the cleaners were perfect, the facilities were in perfect condition. Couldn't fault it. My only thing would be that we didn't have a little fridge or anything in our room. But that's the only downside.
