Everything was great

We had an excellent one night stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Roswell. The hotel is in a good location very close to the downtown. We got a good restaurant recommendation from the employee at the front desk. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. My only minor complaint was the swimming pool water was cloudy so the water chemistry was off.

Our room was not ready even two hours after check-in time, but otherwise were very good.

We were extremely happy with our room and the breakfast served in the morning.

Everything was very nice…only one negative comment on the placement of microwave! I was having oatmeal…couldn’t find microwave…when I asked the woman told me where to find it and I hardly could bend down to use it! You should have another one in breakfast area on the counter!

Another nice holiday inn express

Very clean and quite room was very big with lots of seating options

It was very restful! Great place to stay to relax and unwind. I for sure will stay there again. Clean and comfy!

I had to plunge my own toilet and the person in charge of breakfast gave me lots of attitude when I asked her to add more pancake batter.

Not sound proof rooms-heard neighbors above us all night and early morning. Flashing light above bed( I think smoke detector) e will keep you awake, make it hard to fall asleep anyway. Just killed a cockroach on the wet bar counter as I was making coffee.i have a photo.

The desk staff was so kind and friendly and we truly appreciate her. The breakfast was good and well stocked. We had zero bathroom towels in our room and no one serviced our

Elavator

Clean and convenient to downtown Roswell. Staff was very nice and the room was new and a good size. We had plenty of room for our suitcases and to relax. Breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn fare.

One of the elevators is not working which makes long wait time
