Staff was very courteous and accommodating.

We checked in on New Year Day after an overnight flight and we were exhausted. The guy at the reception check in desk was excellent. He let us into our room early. He let us know what places nearby may be open for food nearby. Very kind. Room was comfortable and location is great.

Convenient stop for my trips in and out of Spain. Just a few minutes away from the Barajas airport. Nice hotel, good breakfast and walkable area. I recommend it.

Very convenient location in middle of historic center, but as a result, a bit cramped. There was No place to sit or stand comfortably during check in process however. Great staff. Very great staff.

The hotel was close to the airport and close to Madrid. The hotel was clean, quiet and very well kept. The breakfast was also very delicious.

I had a wonderful stay at Uve Alcobendas in Madrid. It’s located not too far from the airport. So it was perfect for me who was staying For one night, in transit back to the US. I stayed on the second floor. Great room. King bed. Shower, no bath tub. Lots of bathroom/ shower amenities, including a towel warming rack ☺️! Very clean rooms! And quite spacious! I was very impressed. Free WiFi. breakfast available for cost of 9€. Great breakfast buffet options. Very clean rooms. The ppl who work here are VERY very accommodating. Easy check in! Mini bar fridge in room. Restaurant also open in the evenings.. very convenient. Has everything you would need!

I had a 19 hour layover in Madrid and I chose this hotel and I loved it! Check in was a breeze and the receptionist was very nice and the room was large, clean and had great A/C and the tv had Netflix! I loved it! Perfect for a layover stay.

It is very clean, comfortable, walking distance to metro station. Fast check-in and check-out. Friendly staff. Very convenient.

It would be a nice hotel if the staff were replaced with good people. I liked my room and would have rated this place better, if not for my experience when leaving. I asked the front desk guy (Carlos) if I could take a coffee with me (free). He said yes. After I got a small cup half full, the girl in the restaurant said I owed 2.20! I argued and she called Carlos, who came and said I had to pay. When I filled up the cup, the girl said I owed for 2! I left 2.20 on the counter and walked out. When I asked who the manager was, Carlos wouldn't answer. Perhaps they don't have 1 there. That would explain the bad staff. All other places that didn't have coffee in the rooms or lobby told me I could take 1 from the breakfast room. Disappointing, but hard to find good hotel people!
