This is the very epitome of a boutique hotel experience. A charming and very friendly desk staff. Very stylish furnishings. Exceptional breakfast. This hotel has a lot of character. A jewel box hotel experience.

Great location. Street was noisey especially early hours of morning food and service excellent. Rooms were good - bathroom cramped a little. Gym was poor.

Liked this hotel and would stay there again. However next time we would pay a little extra and opt for a bigger room than we had on this stay. We were there for 4 nights , and the room we had was probably only suitable for a 1 or 2 night stay.

Nice hotel and good locations. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. But the condition of the rooms and corridors was outdated and needing maintenance.

I was so happy that I chose Hotel FRANQ for my last stop in Belgium - at the end of a trip when you start to get a little bit tired. The staff was remarkable, going above and beyond in every way. The room was spacious and comfy - the right amount of luxury without being stuffy. And, as a treat I had dinner one night at their Michelin starred Restaurant FRANQ and the food and the staff were amazing. I loved this place and would choose it again if I were to visit Antwerp again.

My mum and I stayed for 3 nights, the hotel is gorgeous, great location and the staff are really friendly. I would have given 5 stars, however, we were disappointed that our shower was broken during our stay and wouldn't drain properly. On reporting, an engineer came on the second night, but was even worse. We were not offered any form of compensation for this.

This is the perfect place to stay in Antwerp. It’s located centrally - close to the train station, historic town square including the church designed by Ruben, and is walkable to local hangouts and shopping areas. The hotel has a cool history being a former bank and the staff are knowledgeable about this history and the area.

It was an amazing time at this hotel the staff was awesome and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay at this property again and recommend it to friends and family.

Lovely hotel stay in Antwerp with the family. The staff are exceptional and the stay was very comfortable and pleasant. A great location just a couple blocks from the old town and a few blocks to the Diamond district. Make sure to ask the front desk for any recommendations you need as all their suggestions were great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Everything was marvelous from the glass of Prosecco at checkin to the impeccable service to the very last minute. Cannot say enough about the solicitude of the staff.
