Overall it was good. But I noticed that the ironing board was broken. That’s unsafe in my opinion. Please take care of fixing this.

Clean, updated, quiet room

Nice quiet location. We felt very safe. Theds are comfy, with a choise of four pillows on each bed. They have coffee, tea and hot chocolate available all the time, well stocked. Breakfast is great! Everyone from the front desk to the nice person emptying trash was personable and happy to help. Rooms are really quiet, too. We will stay at this location again next time we go to Dallas!

Price was right and no complaints.

Very pleasant stay

Located in a quiet neighborhood. Had no issues dieing stay with my 1 yr old. The breakfast items could use some improvement. There is a pool and fitness centre, both well maintained. There are restaurants and stores within reasonable driving distance

clean and friendly staff! Note that there aren't many places to eat around the property

Customer service was top notch! Cleanliness was on point. Any problems were corrected right away. I would definitely stay here again. I enjoyed my stay here and so did my family. The breakfast was also great. Especially the fresh cut fruit and hot options.

The gym is Huge!

It is super clean, major family feel, guests and staff are very friendly.

The room arrangement was odd - bed did not face the TV on the wall.

Stay was very comfortable after a long day on the job. I would suggest the purchase of new fitted bed sheet. The corner elastic bands were shot and did not stay in place.
