Great place. Restaurant on site was very good as well. The only thing is there is only 1 jacuzzi & the pool was not always clean.

It’s a beautiful hotel that has so much to offer whether you are visiting with or without kids. The pool could be kept clean a little better but overall it’s an awesome experience

La habitación excelente, muy amplia.

Beautiful grounds. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room was 45 min late, but received 2 complimentary drinks as we waited. Fuego restaurant was delicious, kid friendly as well. We went horseback riding for an additional charge, I believe 50 usd per person. Overall everything was great. Only one minor thing. The shower was slow to drain so it made quite a mess in the restroom floor. Overall I give this place an A- Would def go back for the restaurant and pleasant staff. Side note the road to the hotel is bumpy and when it rains can have some flooding. A SUV is recommended.

Very beautiful hotel, nice employees. Loved the hotel. Lots of things to do. Only complaint was the toilet did not flush. We didn’t put any toilet paper in it but it would just not flush. We called to get it fixed multiple times but they never came.

When we arrived like 10 minutes before check-in, the staff refused to let us even into the lobby area. They directed us to "go get a drink at Fuego." Even after check-in time, they still tried to stall us. I had to gently remind them that I had a reservation to eat at a restaurant. They have a lot of stray dogs on the property who leave their excrement there. Our room's floor was sticky. There were cobwebs in the bathrooms. You are limited in which pool that you can use. Only spa guests can use the indoor jacuzzi. Overall, this place has potential but it is a very expensive letdown.

The room was great we had a issue with the toliet. It would not flush and they did not offer to change the room. Other then that its a nice place.
