Great location

Comfortable stay

Everything was nice but shampoo and conditioner was not filled properly.

the quality of bed linens could be checked.

Rooms updated in 2022 after change from previous Hotel Lackey. Room too hot all the time and needed to turn off heat every time when putting key in slot. Needed to open window. Beds firm and bed covers very warm (woke up in sweat because too heavy).

Convenient location near shops and restaurants, plus nice breakfast Very impressed with the receptionist David Jeon who helped us so much. Book directly to hotel for business stays instead of booking websites otherwise you may have problems with bills.

14時頃ホテルに到着しましたがチェックインして部屋に入ることが出来ました。室内はとても清潔でした。シャワー室にはボディーソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナーがあり、水圧も問題なくとても使いやすかったです。部屋の中にはアメニティが全く無いですがロビーの自動販売機で買うことが出来ます。靴を脱いで部屋に上がるタイプなのでスリッパがありませんでしたが、自動販売機で1900wで買うことが出来ました。清州に行く時はまた利用したいと思います。

시설은 깔끔하고 두명이 하루밤 묵기에 편안했습니다 다만 체크인 과정에서 조식에 대한 설명을 듣지 못하는 등 서비스 차원에서 살짝 아쉬웠어요.

주변 상가들이 접근성이 매우 좋았으며, 호텔 내부도 깔끔한 편이었음. 특히, 조식이 메뉴가 다양하여 가격에 비하여 가성비가 매우 좋았음. 다만, 엘리베이터 내 안내 음성 자체가 매우 안 좋았으며, 소리도 뒤로 들어가는 듯하여 매우 답답하였음. 안내를 아예 없애든지 완전히 개선할 것을 강하게 권고함.

清潔感がある綺麗なホテルです。ベッドも寝心地が良く、旅行の疲れが癒やされました。水回りも綺麗で、コンビニもあり、大変満足です。

방 깨끗, 아침식사 유료이나 깔끔하고 식사하는 사람이 많음. 식사도 좋습니다.

시설이 오래 사용한 티는 납니다.(앱에 사진첨부 버튼이 안눌리네요!) 전화 연결이 어렵습니다. 프론트 통화를 위해 선택해야 하는 항목이 많고 대기시간이 길어 연결까지 5분 이상 걸렸습니다.(주간에 전화함)
