We have stayed at this hotel several times, even though is no fully accessible because it has small steps in the entrances to the main buildings, we have enjoyed it. It has a nice restaurant onsite and the food is tasty. Staff has been courteous and friendly, with a couple of exceptions. During our last visit we had some issues with the toilet seat, it was broken, we only stayed one night, so we did not bothered to tell the reception.

Beautiful garden

We’d stayed there before but this time we were assigned a cabaña next to a group of young people who played loud music all night.

No bad. The hotel was really nice. The room was had a good shower, televisión and heater.

Nice hotel in a small town. The rooms are simple. The only frustrating thing is the card key to the door always need resetting. Overall is a good place to stay. The Habanero salsa is great in the restaurant.

Place was nice. The wifi was spotty at best. Had to be let in the room each evening because the keycards were not working

The full size beds were quite small. They were practically twin beds . One bed was very uncomfortable because it was uneven

Fue muy agradable la estancia, solo sugeriría mayor cuidado en la atención en el buffet para el cambio de platos, en general estuvo bien, pero pueden esmerarse un poco más.

Muy amables, check in y check out muy rapidos, habitaciones limpias, el hotel en general muy bonito!

No puedo opinar mucho pues en realidad solo la use prácticamente para dormir, la habitación estaba limpia, no funcionó la secadora, pero olvide reportarlo a la salida, acerca del personal pues no tuvimos interacción por la corta estadía, tampoco tuve oportunidad de ver las amenidades como la alberca o zona de juegos, lo que si dejo como sugerencia es ponerle un cancel al baño o buscar alguna solución en el, ya que el espacio de la regadera es muy pequeño y solo tiene cortina, misma que se mojo al bañarme y empezó a escurrir, entonces cuando me sali de bañar el baño ya estaba encharcado y lo peor es que el agua se corrió hasta la puerta de entrada, y otra más es que nos hospedamos mi esposo mi hija y yo, y solo nos pusieron dos toallas en el baño, ya no pedí más porque yo traía dos toallas en mi maleta

Si es apta, pero llegando al Hotel nos dijeron que nuestro perro de compañía debía permanecer en su transportadora, cosa que no se dice al contratar mediante aplicación y no la llevamos, considero deberían compartir esta información antes de contratar
