Temperature consistency was good.and not noisy. Traffic noise started very early in morning. Staff were very kind and helpful Older facility but important things had been renovated nicely Pool looked great too

The breakfast her is in the restaurant. And the staff and food is awesome

The room was clean, the pool warm and the slide kept the kids entertained for hours. My children really enjoyed this hotel stay over others in other properties. Complementary breakfast was fresh in the restaurant. Staff members were helpful and pleasant. We will be back.

Was told upon check in hot tub was not working. Staff at the front desk said they had contacted expedia to let them know, we didnt receive any notifications prior to us checking. Looking back through the reviews, it looks like the hot tub hasnt been working since november, and no updates posted other than a sign at the front desk. I wouldn't have booked here if i had known prior. Room was clean with a nice deep bathtub. Bed and pillows were awful, one of the worst sleeps ive had in awhile. After seeing several reviews all compaining about the hot tub being, i felt as though the company was being sneaky by advertising a hot tub, but not actually completing the repairs needed. Wont be staying with this company ever again.

Breakfast was great. Hot tub was not working. Our keys didn’t work to get into our room which was extremely frustrating as the front desk was a truck to get to. But it did the trick for our night stay.

Love the ground level exterior access.

Clean room, decent tv, beds are comfortable but pillows are brutal. Location super convenient for hospital stays.

Disappointed hot tub was broken that is why we went to this hotel. Only one lady at counter so it took over 1/2 hour for check in however she was very nice

Hotel was a good overall stay. Room was good. Staff was good. Restaurant for breakfast was good. Traditional breakfast included with room. Kids meal was $8 off with stay. Just had to ask waitress to substitute. Only downfall in pool area was hot tub was out of order. Hopefully temporary because the pool area was great. We have 3 eight year olds and they said pool was awesome! Would stay again.

Room was good, it was clean. One of the beds had big divots so it was super uncomfortable. Thankfully the other bed was good condition and it was comfy. Breakfast was good! Hot tub was out of order, not stated anywhere. Went to the gym instead, and the treadmill would only go to speed 2 or 10, and incline 1 or 12. When I did manage to get it to a normal pace, it would randomly go back up to the highest settings.

Breakfast was not open till 6. Had to leave earlier than that. Had to book through a third party app because hotel wouldn't take a debit card.

We had an really good stay. Clean room, comfy bed and complimentary breakfast was delicious!

The staff were very nice. The downside was our room. The bedding on one of our beds smelled as though it had not been washed. Second floor walkway on the outside of the building is crumbling and you can see the rebar. That's a little unsettling. I probably wouldn't recommend to anyone who is travelling alone due to the area (safety-wise) but it was really close to the hospital which is what we needed for a few hours of sleep.

No hot tub as advertised

Room and hotel were clean, friendly check in and check out, breakfast was excellent, have voucher for breakfast in the restaurant, restaurant staff was nice. Didn’t use pool as we arrived late and checked out early. Slept well, beds were comfy.

The room was dirty and gross. The staff was nice but that’s the only thing that was good. There was stains on the bedding, thr floor and the chair. Would not stay here again.
