The Aspen Suites in Sitka, AK was so clean and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the showers where hot and had good water pressure. The hotel offers useful amenaties and the location is so perfect for easy walking all over town. We truly enjoyed our time here.

Nice hotel - very convenient, too!

It was clean, comfortable and the staff was great! My only "complaint" is that all of the pillows were thick, which causes neck issues for me. I like when there are a couple of optional sizes on the bed.

One of the front staff needs a bit more training on customer service. Other staff members were great

Comfortable hotel, close to everything downtown and happy they partnered with the Westmark for shuttle services to and from the hotel for the airport.

Our room was clean and ready when we arrived. this property is centrally located and within walking distance to most attractions, excursion locations and food options. We would stay here again.

It’s do it yourself, next to no staff, facility very basic

There was bed bug traps in my room. I was told it was just a precaution but it still made me slightly creeped out.
