The room is quite comfortable. Extremely clean and cozy. However, check in and check out is a bit short. 4PM only has staff come to guide you to check in. If you arrive earlier, you will have to wait until 4PM. 5 minutes walk to Matsuyamachi train station.

There was no receptionist and we were confused because front door was locked and we couldn't come in for checking in. There was no prior notification for this matter. Until we checked out, receptionist was never there. If there is a prior notification beforehand it will be good. Another story, the hair dryer was full of dust.

It is suitable for family traveling, the rooms are very spacious
