Very nice place to stay. Only problem was the pillows. Way to soft.

Main problem is the parking. There are 3 slots for 12 apartments. Rest is on full street. Barhrom could be in better condition, if you look up from shower, you se mold. But bed is tough, and sleaping there was surprisigly a wonder. Overall worth the money.

Manager/Receptionist for no reason placed me in the room next to the reception, i do not know this was racism or she was worried about me or what exactly but i didn't like this. for 4 beds, she has only one uncomfortable pillow to "limit" the number of occupiers she didn't "notice", Bed so uncomfortable. Noise on the stairs from 9 am and noise and car fumes from parked car coming to my ground level apt. no shower only a tub...dirty towels. no slippers. location is very far from city centre. i think it's way overpriced.

The apartment was light, clean, very easily accessible from the city centre and main station. It is located in a quiet residential area away from the noise and crowds of tourist. Supermarket and parks nearby. I arrived late and the lady waited for in reception and was very friendly. It would have been useful to have a few more pieces of equipment in the kitchenette (more cutlery).

Perfect apartment for my short trip to Kraków spotless clean and very comfortable only downfall for me the kitchen equipment was in short supply not and there wasn't a toaster otherwise highly recommend

We were impressed how clean this place is and we were able to sleep very well due to the comfort of the bed and silent place / neighborhood at night It is close to Carrefour supermarket within a big mall and close to the street car that goes to city centre The owners were very welcoming

Good points, it was very clean and spacious in a quiet residential area. There is a shop close by. Difficult checking in, only polish speaking man who wasn't expecting us. The rooms had only one double bed made up so he had to take some of the bedding of and make up another single bed. There was no washing machine, microwave or coffee machine. Never saw the man again until we left. At least 15 minutes away by car to the town centre so uber was the way to get around. There is a tram but no information as to where to get it. We stayed in apartment 6.

The staff were extremely efficient and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again. The location is brilliant, five minutes to the tram station and there is a shop next door as well as two supermarkets closeby. I highly recommend staying there. The room was clean and comfortable and the amenities were excellent.

This is an apartment (or suite type) accommodation, We arrived pressed the buzzer and were shown to our suite. The entire building was spotless and clean. The rooms were spacious, had a full kitchen, bedroom in our unit and a living dining room combination that had three more beds. Was nice and quiet, had both tv and wifi.

Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, przestronny pokój, aneks kuchenny. Z punktu widzenia spraw które miałem do załatwienia lokalizacja była bardzo dobra. Akurat trafiłem na awarie internetu.Dostalem co prawda zastępczy adres sieci , ale nie miałem jej w zasięgu... Przydałyby się poszewki do małych poduszek na bocznej wersalce żeby zakryć plamy.

Slechte ligging ver van alles af, niets in de buurt. Zeer slechte internet verbinding . Maar 1 stop contact ter beschikking en dan nog boven het bed ( ver van de Tafel die je als bureau moest gebruiken , daar er geen was ) en sobere interieur . Temperatuur liet ook te wensen over , vooral s'morgens bij het opstaan en in de badkamer en als men van buiten terug binnen kwam was het frisjes. Bedden waren goed . keuken pover.

Jestem b.mile zaskoczona tym miejscem. Pokój bardzo czysty,aneks kuchenny i łazienka czyste, naczynia dostępne, obsługa miła, naprawdę super miejsce, żadnych zastrzeżeń. Polecam.

Muy buena atención y eso que hablaba en Polaco nada más, lo único que le tuve que pedir toallas porque no ponen todos los días, ni limpian

Keurig, rustig en schoon appartement buiten het historische centrum van Krakau. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Tramhalte, Lidl, MCDonalds, Burgerking en een grootwinkelcentrum met ING filiaal en pinapparaat op 5 minuten lopen. Zeer gunstige wisselkoers. Bij de excursie naar Auschwitz die we in Nederland geboekt hadden werden we bij het appartement opgehaald. Via de receptie van het appartement is het ook mogelijk excursies te boeken. Prijs-kwaliteit een 10.

Internet connection was too bad and too slow. And sometimes gone and not working
