A wonderful stay. Resturant open for a nice buffet breakfast. We couldnt get a hand towel for the sink but had 2 big towels for the shower. Hot water and great pressure the shower drain was slow but as soon as it was mentioned it was addressed and drained properly after that. So they pay attention and fix what wrong. Goanni was a wonderful help at the hotel helping with luggage, opening the room and walking us to a cute and suprizing twist of a resturant around the corner. Always a smile and a great guy. A good handful of the employees speak English. The hotel is close to the parks and shopping. Walking is easy, taxi are abundant.

Arived at 7:30am and they aloud me to get my room at no extra charge, all crew very friendly and atentive and the room was super nice very clean, and the price excides the value for what you pay.

Arrived around 8pm. Checkin was simple. They give you a traditional key to access your room. Friendly staff. Parking was relatively close to the hotel. Room was pretty hot and there was no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan. Bathroom/shower in ok/poor condition. Shower curtain was falling apart which allowed water to get everywhere. Very stiff bed. Would consider other hotels before staying here again.

Excellent location close to the main square. Restaurant very good, but I had to pay for breakfast, which was a very large buffet with lots of choices, so I didn't mind paying. It didn't have extras, like a pool or gym, but for my purposes, a 2 night stay to look around Leon, it served the purpose.

Beautiful location and nice rooms. Staff was a bit rude. I asked a question and they laughed rudely. Put out the do not disturb sign and they still went into the room and moved clothes I had left out. No amenities included with the room only towels and soap. The wifi never worked once inside the room. Everyone was in the halls so they could get reception. Will not be staying in this Hotel in the future.

The Hotel was very nice very presentable. Close to the center of the plaza, shops and restaurants. We had a blast! We went close to Christmas and the decorations all around were very pleasant to see.

Great price. Hotel is under construction. It was a little warm in the room and we could not control the temperature. The staff was very friendly and it was a great location.

The beds where uncomfortable, there was a women talking in the phone at 2 am so loud it wouldn't let no one sleep. There was no air conditioning, so the windows had to stay open but the noise and smell was very bad. The staff was super nice and all, but the beds were very uncomfortable.

Manger lacks customer service and the hotel is not clean or comfortable. There's not even air conditioning.

The hotel decor and staff is great. It’s located in the middle of the city. Beautiful buildings in walking distance. I enjoyed room service as well! I only gave it and OK rating, because the room had no air conditioning besides a ceiling fan. If that’s something you’re able to accommodate to then this hotel is perfect for you!

Its decor at the entrance makes it feel Like you got a great deal... until you get to your room and ralize the fan is broken and there is no AC. You are better off in another hotel near the main square.

Hotel is beautiful! Staff was always helpful and courteous. There is a restaurant on the first floor and we ordered room service twice and both times the food was amazing! Only thing I did not like was that they have a spa for men only. So I wasn’t able to relax in the sauna since I’m a women. But regardless we will be back. This is definitely going to be our go to hotel when we stay in Leon.
