The property is very near to Boqueria. Walkable to groceries, cafes, all other dining options. The room is clean, they have 2 bathrooms which is really cool for a group of 6 people . No waiting in line in the bathroom. Taxis and pick/dropoff is right in front of the apartment. There is a free laundry and dryer on the 6th floor and they provide laundry detergent which is really a plus . I would highly recommend this area.

Close to everything

The property was in an excellent location right on La Rambla. The staff was excellent! We enjoyed speaking about historic Barcelona with Javier.

It was the perfect location.

The apartment/hotel is clean however, the sofa bed needs to be replaced, the mattress is not firm anymore and not comfortable. There is no toiler paper holder in the toilet and waste can under the sink.

Location is excellent. Room was adequate - good value. Could use a few upgrades - towels and sheets were old and well used. But overall, a good place.

The concierge in the evening the first two nights we stayed was super friendly and very helpful with many recommendations and tips. He went above and beyond. Other than that, the hotel was just ok. We got a room that was facing the back alley and the balcony across from us was so close that you could hear their whole conversation throughout the night. Plus the patio door doesn’t lock close properly or even lock at all. The location was great bc it was walkable to many different places that we wanted to see. But the area was way too noisy. The back alley was so busy with many people yelling through out the night and even worse the metro would rumble and rattle the room all night long. If I ever visit Barca again, I would probably avoid the touristy trap of La Rambla.

This was a great location, right in the Ramblas close to the metro station, and an easy walk to all parts of the city. Directly across from their open air market. The apartment was clean and all of amenities you need (kitchen, fridge, stove). Very comfortable, with friendly staff - I would definitely book it again!

Central location was a plus. However, it can be quite noisy.

This property offers the convenience in the local area of La Rambla

Great area, kind staff, and clean rooms

On La Ramblas and close to everything within Gothic Quarter. It was right across the street from the Boqueria Market and walkable to all things in Gothic Quarter. We got taxis to La Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. We stayed as a family of 4 (2 kids ages 11 and 13). I'd recommend people to stay here.

Property is centrally located and an easy walking distance to train, plenty of choices nearby to eat, and a fantastic local market minutes away! Apartment itself is very clean and modern. The reception staff is helpful, and they don’t mind holding luggage if you arrive before check in time so you are able to tour the town. Would stay here again.

This apartment was BIG and seemed brand new! Checkin was simple, and It is right in the middle of Las Ramblas, Rambla, the Main Street in town… Fridge, microwave, very nice bathroom, good water pressure, enough room for 4 of us (5 if needed) and directly across from Mercat de la Boqueria (a huge food market open from 8am-8pm). We were only there for 1.5 days but could have eaten there every meal. There are 2 elevators and the apartment had awesome AC! We have a friend who lives in Barcelona and she doubted we would have working AC but it was perfect! She was surprised. The reception had a taxi waiting for us right out of the door on the sidewalk when we asked for it at 8am. They couldn’t be more friendly. There is currently construction on Las Ramblas, but we didn’t hear any of it. The only negative is that we could hear the closest elevator in our room, but coming off a cruise towards the front of the boat, it actually sounded exactly like the bow thrusters - deep rumble - so it didn’t bother us at all. We would stay there again even if it cost a little more - the kitchen and bathroom, and the spaciousness are all worth it.

Fun area by La Rambla. One of our rooms had bad ants.

Recently stayed there after our cruise, it was awesome. The only thing is there is no airport shuttle even though it states that and the laundry room only have one washer and one dryer. Other than that my stay was AWESOME and I'm looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Helpful and friendly staff

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property location is great for visiting Barcelona.

The air conditioning was broken for about half of our stay. Nevertheless, the location is excellent, and the rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. Daily cleaning would be a great improvement, as rooms are currently serviced only every three days.
