This place is abandoned. Showed up and the place is locked. Go next door and they say nobody is ever there. Now fighting Expedia for money back. Avoid

We found ants and also a toad in the room! Staff were very helpful, close to good local food

We stayed one night in this hotel during our holiday in Sri Lanka. We were pleasantly surprised after reading a number of negative reviews with how nice the hotel was. The rooms were some of the nicest rooms we had stayed in during our trip and the hotel staff were lovely. They were also willing to stay up to 1 am to wait for our late check in. The hotel is situated close to the big resorts and around a 5 minute walk to the beach. For the price this hotel was great value for money.

Received very badly. It was terrible. They didn't even know we booked and were talking to us and eating at the same time. Very disrespectful reception. The rooms themselves were good and clean. Bath towels we didn't have in the room either and had to ask for it. We booked and paid for breakfast and they told us they had no breakfast for us. They asked us all the time whether we pay now although we have booked on ebookers and have already paid this. We did not get money back either. Not so friendly staff.
