It was very interesting to stay at Ibis Batam, but there are things that need to be improved such as the smell of towels, unprepared amenities, and unresponsive staff.

Not very clean and the staff service is not very responsive, the Wi-Fi in the room is problematic.

Always like staying at Ibis Style, because there are always pillows, the sleeping team must hug the pillows

Staying for work, but if you bring your family it is also very suitable

I stayed 2 nights here, it was comfortable during my business trip. Unfortunately the wifi is unable to connect, the hair dryer is not working and the telephone in my room also is not working so i cannot make a call to the receptionist. But overall the place is nice and clean, the room is spacious and the most important thing they have guling, so i can sleep peacefully

3 days 2 nights with a pleasant experience, clean and the staff is also friendly, but the swimming pool is a bit dirty because the leaves fall from around the trees and the pool filter is not on.. overall good. Thanks Ibis St🥰🙏

spacious room compared to other ibis I've visited super friendly receptionist, the lady is a bit grumpy delicious food, clean room, clean bathroom

The room is ok, clean and the water is smooth, the staff is quite friendly Quite recommended for families

At 9 o'clock the food was all gone, the employees in the restaurant also disappeared, otherwise everything was safe 🙏
