We arrived at midnight with easy self check in , ring the reception easy instruction. We have a present stay. Bonus for the self check in. Would come back for sure

Repeat stay at this central location. Easy walk to shops, multiple restaurants, supermarkets, beachfront boardwalk and Pukekura Park. Friendly, efficient staff. Spacious room with full-sized fridge, dishwasher, and workable kitchen, huge comfortable bed, and great sized shower in bathroom. Complex has lift, laundry, and electric car charger.

Friendly, helpful staff. Close to shops, restaurants, and short (3 minute) walk to the waterfront and sculptures, and Pukekura Park (20 minute walk). Spacious studio with excellent king-sized bed, spacious shower room, adequate kitchen with a full-sized fridge and pod coffee machine. :) Friendly staff, and we felt warm and comfortable throughout our stay.

Very central and within walking distance of many amenities

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely receptionist. Only downside was our room was streetside so was quite noisy even though we were a floor up the street noise was not good.

Bed was comfortable, great sleep and it suited my requirements.

It’s a nice central place, the room did smell when we arrived and the bath gel wasn’t filled up - this should be checked before checkin. Other than that, the facilities were functional and there was a nespresso machine with pods provided.
