We have stayed before. Location is very central. Staff friendly. Rooms comfortable. Only downside - Friday night was noisy until around 2am. A club nearby makes for quite a noise. However, we were super tired so fell asleep quickly

Dirty microoven, broken lamps, freez was filld with ice, nice bed but to hard sofa to sleep on. Good sauna!

Very homely feel. Staff are very kind and helpful. There is just a supermarket at the hotel too! Car can be parked at the carpark opposite for free. And there is a burger joint opposite too.

Excellent location. Penthouse apartment was ideal for family.

First of all when checking in I was ignored by the person working there for several minutes before being acknowledged and checked in. Then she gave me the wrong information about what time breakfast finished at, she said 11 but it actually finished at 10. We arrived just after 10 and luckily the lady that was beginning to clear everything away allowed us to grab some food. If we'd been any later we would have missed it altogether. It was the second lady that made it a 3 star review for service rather than a 2. The first impression of the room is great, very nicely decorated, pretty big with a kitchen area too. After that things are not so good. First of all there was a half empty glass of water on the kitchen counter, one of the ones from the bathroom it turned out. The shelves in the fridge were dirty, the glasses in the cupboard were dirty, the cutlery wasn't clean. There was nothing provided to wash anything ourselves. The bed linen was stained (hopefully it was just stained and not dirty!) The bathroom door had two different colours of hair on it and white splatters, the shower was covered in water marks, there was makeup on the electric plug cover in the bathroom also. It's located next to a surprisingly busy road and was extremely loud with both traffic and people until quite late at night. Overall it was a very disappointing stay

Very nice place. Excellent room, very clean and comfortable with nice amenities. Walkable location close to most everything, dining, scenery, attractions, shopping. Easy street parking. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding.

A fun 20 minute walk across the border from Sweden to Finland. Helpful, friendly staff. Nice breakfast and restaurant on site.

Extra friendly staff and good breakfast.

Great large spacious room with separate lounge and kitchen. Lovely comfy beds. Sauna in bathroom. Great location near river with free parking across the road, supermarket right next door. Some slight noise from traffic through windows from roads outside. Good daily breakfast with nice selection of food. Reception open till 11pm and complimentary coffee and tea available throughout day.

It was very nice fresh hotel, newly renowated. Friendly and efficiant staff in a good location.

The hotel had a boutique feel and sense of comfort when we arrived to the hotel. The room was spacious, cozy and clean. To sum it up, I haven’t slept so well for ages than how I slept at Hotel Olof! Highly recommend for anyone travelling to Tornio.
