Nice hotel, good food.

Very uncomfortable bed very noisy corridors building noise outside at 8 am

My stay was very comfortable, food was excellent, room was clean and very comfortable and had lots of great amenities included. Reception and bar staff were super friendly. Female staff at breakfast not as helpful or friendly as the rest of the staff, she seemed very rushed.

Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Would stay again.

Clean, staff were welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the person/persons above were extremely heavy footed and noise early in the morning disturbed sleep.

Always an excellent stay, rooms now have an Espresso Maker, total game changer. Staff are friendly and helpful and the food is top notch!

Nice hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough for me! Good beer, good food, nice room, my only little issue, mattress could do with replacing in my room, felt a couple of springs, I just moved to other side of the bed, no issue, will be back!

Restaurant and bar areas are excellent however rooms could do with upgrades

In passing through the area in our travels, we found this hotel to be a vibrant stop with many locals visiting the restaurant. The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern with plenty of parking. The restaurant food and service were excellent.

Hotel was great, staff were top notch - I found the bed a bit springy for my liking but appreciate that’s a personal thing. The rooms are a bit dated and could be done with upgrade but it certainly wouldn’t stop me staying again. Restaurant was fabulous

Loved the king size bed. Had to work out the gadget for boiling water to make a cuppa, then found only one teabag available. Appreciated the hot chocolate sachets and biscuits. Good attention given by wait staff in restaurant for dinner. Menu contained good variety. Breakfast staff not quite so attentive. Overall, a very good experience at The Park Hotel. We will return.

Over the past number over years we as a large group of friends have stayed at no the Park hotel and without doubt I’d the best hotel we have stayed in with its comfort and friendly staff that are always help especially Robyn on reception. Thanks again and we will see you next time.
