Bathroom shower plugged and walls falling apart

The property had AC the first night. The 2nd 3rd and 4th night the room was 78 deg. AC didn’t work. I left the hotel and check into another. Expedia wouldn’t refund me the days I wasn’t there. I didn’t ask for 2,3,4. Only the days I wasn’t there 5,6,7. Will no longer use Expedia.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Only complaint was the AC in our rooms was not working. We were told two days in a row it would be fixed without actually being fixed. Rooms were 26° with outside was 18° or below at night. Not terrible but it was uncomfortable.

Room was way too hot and even after telling front desk, never got fixed. Not the cleanest. Food just okay. Breakfast not bad.

Lovely property for reasonable price. Conveniently located near the airport with multiple stores nearby for essentials and other items.

Nice,quite,clean, safe you only have access to your floor with hotel key,excellent customer service only inconvenient is transportation, no taxi service there and far away from city.

It was a good stay. Needs were comfortable. Daily housekeeping. Key card elevator access only. Daily complimentary coffee, tea, and water on Fiesta floor. Nice window views from hallway and rooms.
