The room was stuffy & small. Could not even supply us with extra pillows and refused to give us an hour late check out for free. Anyone would have been able to come up the lift. The best was the location and definitely nothing else!

The service staff is very good.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good. It is near the subway, bus stops, shopping areas, restaurants, and coffee shops. Excellent.

The hotel room is spacious, clean, and the facilities are excellent. I just don't really comfortable with the air conditioner being above the bed though, but maybe it is just me. Overall, the hotel is great. The location also is the best, near subway, bus station, BIFF (street food), and fashion street which is like Busan's Myeondong street.

Worth the price. Close to Metro station, and just beside BIFF. Room is clean and spacious.
