It's pretty average. The rooms are very small, and the staff is less than helpful.

Located in a busy area. Finding food is easy, as there's a Lawson right in front of the hotel. It's also close to the station.

The hotel's location is good, close to Namba Station, just an 8-minute walk. The rooms are a bit small, but many hotels in big cities, especially in Japan, are small, so that's understandable. Cleanliness is also good, although the interior is a bit dated, but still tolerable.

Very good location and facility

Easy to walk to both station and attractions :)

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Namba area. This hotel is near to almost everything (Dotonbori, Namba market, templetes, train station, malls etc.), but what I don't like is they gave us a smoking room when I have my 5 year old with me. When we came in to our room, it is really smelly. Good thing that there is a spray that we can use to remove the oddly smell. Request to have the room change, but no luck maybe because of language barrier.
