Excellent location to bus station. Service was excellent at the restaurant and front desk. Food was delicious. Loved our view from the balcony overlooking the river. Highly recommend

The young man named Sam who works the front desk is the best. He recommended an area to walk along the river and forest that was awesome. Then he helped me out with a phone charger situation. Usually never get this type of customer service from a front desk.

Beautiful room. Lots of walkable shops. Food was great.

Very convenient to the train station and busses. We arrived after the front desk closed and they were very accommodating to have a key in a lock box outside the hotel for us to get into our room.

Excellent location, service, food, atmosphere. The town shuts down on Sundays so plan around that for your trip.

They could have offered some more clarity around which parking lots we were allowed to park in since there is no signage and limited parking which was almost full. Room was quite humid and could have benefited from a dehumidifier

Allowed us to check in at 1pm (4 hours early) as our room was ready. Receptionist was very nice. Our stay included a free transport pass which allowed us to use local buses for free over 2 days (for a 1 night stay). Hotel is ideally located across road from railway station.

The location with parking was excellent. The breakfast was delicious as well as all other meals we ate there.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was really good, the hotel restaurant had great choices and the rooms were spacious. The only issue we had was not having a fan, it was too hot! The bus station was so convenient and having the guest card to ride for free during out stay was very convenient.

What a lovely place to stay in Ramsau. Very spacious and lovely view. Lots of parking, you can also reserve a spot in their garage. Highhly recommend to everyone.

Outstanding hotel with beautiful setting!!

This was by far one of the best hotels that we stayed The views were absolutely incredible. The walk ability was amazing, the breakfast and dinner restaurant were also really great. It was one of our favorite hotels that we stayed at again. I can’t begin to describe how beautiful the view from all the hotel rooms and the balconies that they had. So close and walkable to everything with a gorgeous river outside would definitely come back and stay again.!

The breakfast was the best! Plenty of food. The best scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants and bread. Raspberry jam as well. Room is spacious. So convenient to catch a bus or train. Do it!
