I had a wonderful stay at the Salil. I was very satisfied with their service, and they took the initiative to upgrade my room because of the late check-in.

Service was great, room and hotel stink, breakfast selection was just alright.

It is a hotel with very bad service. The staff said that they had to deposit 1 thousand. We asked how many days to swipe the card to get it back. The female staff said 2 days up to the room, the room was very musty. So we asked to return the room without refund. It's okay, we understand the conditions. When returning the key, ask again for 2 days to get the deposit back, right? The male employee said 5-7 days, so we asked where, just now, she said 2 days. The female employee who told 2 days said she didn't tell 2 days, she said 2 weeks. It's a very excuse. So we told you to look at the CCTV. What do you say? The male employee said he didn't know just now that he wasn't here. Really bad.

Perfect hotel in almost any sense. Sparkling clean, the interior design is so beautiful, and the hotel staffs are all very thoughtful and responsive to our needs. Breakfast needs some improvement, it's too simple for 5 star hotel - not many varieties. But the room is very comfortable and has complete facilities, like pajama and nespresso machine. All in all, it was awesome!
