It was super clean and cozy and beautiful. The location was perfect and the vibe was great!

Clean and central property with efficient use of space! Friendly and helpful staff. Great food and drink nearby. Situated up a steep hill, plus no elevator … may be tricky for seniors, but a nicely renovated property.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights in the loft and loved it! Amazing and charming unit and had a great view!!! Awesome service!

Property is close to many popular sites, which we loved. We also loved the terrace as well as Maria, who assisted us with the check in. We rented the loft unit, on the top floor, but was able to hear dogs barking from two units down early morning and also late at night, which made our stay not as relaxing as we had hoped. We found most of the noise to be within the building rather than from outside. Unit looked cool, but we did find that it needed some updating. Shower area wasn’t sealed well, so we would have to wipe up the floor after using. Most of the mirrors in the unit was tinted brown, except for a tiny dinner plate sized mirror in bathroom, so wasn’t convenient if you need a mirror to put on makeup.

Amazing location and place and Maria and Bruno! They made our stay very pleasant and accommodating. We will come back again for sure! Thank you very much!

Maria was a nice girl and helping hosts. The place was clean and the beds are comfortable.

Only detail is that my parents are both in their late 60s and staying at the loft on the top was risky for them because having to go up and down 50 stairs with luggage was a little scary.

We had a great stay at ExtendAll. Maria greeted us when we arrived and showed us to our room/apartment. Everything was clean and stocked with everything we would need. We enjoyed the balcony and were happy to be able to do laundry. The location was perfect. We could easily (well, easy considering the hills!) walk to Ribeira, Villa Nova de Gaia, and into the center of town for sightseeing and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Porto.

The young lady at reception was so nice and helpful. The flat itself was stunning: clean, lots of light, modern. I was thrilled to use the washing machine. The bed was so comfortable. Only stayed one night but would certainly stay again.

Maria is so lovely and helpful, what a great host! We used the loft at the top floor, it is amazing! Thank you for everything, and for maintaining such a lovely place!

Our stay in Studio 1 at ExtendAll was amazing. Bruno, the host contacted us prior to arriving, even making us feel welcome before we even set foot in the apartment. He met us in the morning and gave us an overview of the main sightseeing highlights in Porto, as well as answering all our queries during our five-stay day. The studio apartment is superb, equipped with all the modern cons and situated right in the middle of all the action taking place in the Ribeira district. The Sao Bento train and metro stations are within walking distance. ExtendAll comes as highly recommended....

The room we stayed in was fantastic - absolutely massive with a large and super comfortable bed. Because the hotel was designed by architects it had a reall great feel to it, with unique features throughout. The bathroom was also really big with a powerful walk-in shower and the kitchen area was perfect for our needs. Our welcome was lovely with Port and chocolate on arrival. The only downside was the noise - there is currently a building site next door and banging started as early as 7:45 in the week. Similarly, the floors inside the hotel are wooden so noise really travels. On the last day of our stay there was banging from the room above us from 9-11am solid as the cleaners rearranged the room and it honestly felt like a herd of elephants, even with ear plugs in. If you plan on getting up early this wouldn't be a problem whatsoever, but if you're planning on a relaxing lie-in you might be disappointed.
