Receptionists are very kind and know how to make people feel good

Everything was good except we didn't have sofa bed

The property is okay for the price but not 4 star quality. Bed sheets do not properly fit, mould in the shower grout and the lock on the inside door (communal area) is broken. Location is great, lots of restaurants near by.

Excellent! Book this. Amazing staff. They went above and beyond to help with airport transfers. Perfect location. We were able to walk around the center and had a very nice dinner!

Location is best thing here. Friendly staff went out of their way help getting us to and from airport. Sort of strange that there is a kettle and cups in room but not coffee or tea. Guess you have to bring your own. You can buy a cup from them for €1.50.

While the suite was good, it was located in a busy, lively area, so it was noisy in the suite. The shower leaked. But, overall, the suite was great.

Outstanding location for our first stop on our first trip to the Balkans. Helpful front desk staff. Comfortable room and bed, and sooo quiet inside.

Firstly, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room. The double glazing didn't filter out the noise from the street outside. On several occasions it was very noisy at night and I was disturbed. If you choose to stay here, don't book a room with a city view. Another issue was with the air conditioning. It was impossible to keep the room cool and on the one occasion I decided to open the window to let the cool air in, I was bitten and disturbed by mosquitos. The air conditioning was stuck on 32 degrees Celsius and despite my best efforts to reduce the temperature, it remained at between 29 and 32 degrees Celsius. I was sweating and uncomfortable at night as a result. I attempted to turn the air conditioning unit off, but to no avail. Finally, I had to turn off the fridge as it was incredibly noisy and kept cooling itself every 30mins or so. Not good when you're trying to sleep. I only give Privilege Suites 3 stars as the staff were good.

Stayed with family, had a large apartment room with lots of space, a big bed 2 sofa beds, had a kitchen and lounge area. Was very convenient as was in the middle of an area with lots of shops, restaurants and a supermarket next door. Transport was also close by. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Was a great stay, thank you.

On the middle of The town. On a very good location. You don't have breakfast or parking, But it was so good that I was really recommending about it and come back again. The stuff is totally Friendly. Mr. Piter on the front dask Was so helpful That for a few minutes I was afraid... Everything was with smiling, and the place it's very very clean.

Room description showed two tween beds in a family suite. Second “bed” was actually a pullout chair. In described room for 3, two not related adults couldn’t stay in this room.

Perfect location The staff were really helpful and amazing especially Mr Vladimir the receptionist, he was very helpful and nice to me I would like to stay there again in my next visit
