Great customer service

Very pleased!

No complaints at all, a smooth stay.

It was quiet. Breakfast choices were decent. Lots of stores and dining around area.

Room was clean and taken care of.

We were not aware this was an outdoor motel, not a hotel. Property worked well but there were no handicapped parking places near our mobility accessible room. Far end of the complex. Also, wifi didn’t work. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good and availability long hours.

Went birding and this was a good location and property.

Staff has always been very helpful and hospitable.

My only complaint was the breakfast. We fish in the area and are up at 5. They put out 5 pieces of bacon at a time and if you don’t get one of them it takes another 45 minutes to get anymore. The hash browns were little patties that they broke up into a gray mess. We’ll book where the breakfasts are hardy for early risers. The room was great.

I liked the cleanliness I didn't like that the room window to the main hallway had a sheer curtain. I felt unsafe

everything was almost perfect but the breakfast portion was not...coffee machine and juice machine were out of order. the hotcake machine did not cook the hotcakes

Good stay for baseball tournament

We stayed for 1 night. It was clean but need a lot of attention to detail. In the bathroom walls you can tell there were some kind of residue especially near the toilet walls. Felt safe, it was quiet.

Closer to job site

Nice clean useful comfortable rooms, staff, and location. For the elderly and physically challenged, please keep in mind that all rooms appear to have an outside entrance... and there is no elevator... where possibly half the rooms are on a second floor.
