Clean and tidy room. In accordance with the price offered. Very warm and friendly service, to find something to eat already. There are mcd and 7-eleven 24 hours in a row with the hotel.

The room is comfortable but the safety is unsatisfying. Not suitable for elderly and who with heavy carrier as they use stairs to go up.

It was above McD, near to 7 eleven, for non muslims Queen Bee Seafood restaurant was just below the hotel, and it was within walking distance to Aeon Mall. Not recommended for elderly, cause it has no elevator. Our room with 2 single bed was clean, nice and simple but we got one without windows at level 4, can still hear some noise outdoor but it was bearable because we were too tired we slept well. Well cannot complain much cause its cheap. Overall satisfying stay for the price we paid. Room is on small size, not enough space to perform prayer for muslim.

The service is 80% good, 20% is not good.

I like the location, which is easy to find and is close to the mall. For that price, the room quality is good. Only complaint is not provided with the front door mat for the toilet door and what makes me less suitable is the shower because the hot water cannot be set on the 5th floor but the 5th floor is more. If the third floor is narrower the room. This is more suitable for young people because they have to go up the stairs and if you bring a child the room is too narrow.

I had a pleasant stay. The staffs were very helpful and friendly when I had an issue with my heater pipe. The room was clean and comfortable, not to mention spacious. Wi-Fi was tolerable, as well.

Fun, only the water can't get hot, everything else is okay.

Clean room with cement dust attached to air conditioning, bathroom mirror, shower, ironing towel, no TV and remote control. So I had to clean everything because I didn't want to disturb the hotel, I suppose the room is still undergoing maintenance but do not provide that room to the guest, another, the staff at the counter that night was less friendly and less polite in terms of service when asked, in the end, sorry if this review was too 'polite' , thank you.

The rooms are small, but okay for a budget hotel, the McDonald's / food court right in front of the hotel is so awesome / minus the rooms are not soundproof. So noisy.

Water temperature for heater can not be adjusted, too hot

The atmosphere of the room is very comfy. It's just you can really hear outside noises from the room. Overall room design is unique. However, the shower water temperature can't be easily control.

Pros: Good room condition, unique and clean. Good location. A lot of restaurants and food court just in front of the hotel. Space too small. I'm a muslim and I hardly get spaces to pray. Toilet cleanliness is bad. No dustbin and mirror prepared in the room.

The water heater in the toilet is not functioning well as usual one. Thats what cheap stay means I guess. However other than that was awesome.
