Great hotel, good ac that works well, good shower and bathroom. The location is close to good food and the layout of the hotel is very cool and makes it feel more private than other place, which I very much appreciated.

The arrival was difficult because the owner had been called away and an elderly grandmother was the only person on site. She spoke no English, only German but the situation was finally resolved by a solicitous grand daugher who arrived after half an hour delay. There is as no front desk because this is only apartments. Nice breakfast. The area is primarily locals with few tourists so reasonable prices and everything you need is readily available.

We had a great stay and loved the close location to restaurants, bakeries, and the tram stop. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The host was fantastic, and his bird Koko was a highlight of our kids’ trip. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The host Drazen was fantastic. Very warm welcome and the place was immaculate. The breakfast is novel and enjoyable (including the very tasty and numerous options), you sit around the table with other guests and chat.. actually chat! I found it very easy to get to as the local square tram stops serve the majority of the city , so you cannot get lost

Property was in an easily accessible location. Room was nice and clean, bed and shower were great. Nice breakfast as well. There was the pet cockatoo that kept us company outside of his cage and just pooped on the floor as we were eating in the breakfast space. Unsanitary! Perhaps due to the name I was expecting a more hotel like environment when in fact these are rooms in a house. Did not have a “suite” feel at all. Patio was also communal and you have to exit the front door of your room to access it.

The host Drazan was extremely welcoming and helpful also a very interesting character with an interesting view of what a hotel or accommodation should look and feel like it can be challenging with the stairs and may not be for anyone who is not steady on their feet. The location was good and easy to get into central Zagreb with a tram line nearby we loved the check in and a welcoming drink and meeting Koko the parrot also our quirky room which was akin to staying in a museum

Nice hotel/apartment (for an independent stay i.e. there isn't a concierge on duty) close enough to downtown Zagreb using the tram. It's also only 30 mins drive from the airport. A short walk from the hotel is a stop for 2 above ground trams that can take you into town in less than 10 mins. Or if you got the time a 30 minute walk.

Nice little hotel. The owner is the desk clerk, the airport shuttle driver, the breakfast cook, the tour guide, you name it.

It is 5 tram stops from the main tourist attractions and with restaurants, shops nearby. The room (ground floor and nearest to entrance) we stayed has frequent and loud cracking noises created by the air-conditioner. There is a bus service to the airport nearby that cost only 4 Kuna.

We had a suite of two bedrooms - and two bathrooms. Very roomy, well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was individually prepared for us for an additional 8 euros each. We had a car, which ordinarily would have cost us 10 euros a day in their parking lot. However, Sunday street parking is free and we were driving to the airport quite early Monday thereby avoiding the 7:00 am curfew. We left the car at Anastasia as there is a tram stop nearby, and a short ride got us into the main square - our starting point for some great sightseeing. Don't miss the Museum of Broken Relationships... But don't have a late check-in. We arrived around 9:00 pm and it was somewhat complicated. Okay if you're a local/European, but you will need to make a non-wifi phone call. However, once connected everything went very smoothly.

This is a very nice place to stay, mainly because the owner, Drazen, is absolutely interested in making everything work perfectly for his guests. Nice apartments, very good beds, nice area very close to city center by trolley. I recommend the place.

Our apartment was nice and cosy. Lovely and comfortable bedding. Massive bathroom and good size kitchen. The owner was kind and accommodative and he provided us with a map around the city. It was also lovely to meet Coco, the parrot. The downside was the noise outside as there was roadworks during the day...I guess this place is calm and quiet without the roadworks. I would highly recommend this to family and friends.

The rooms are new and nicely furnished. the owner is always kind and available to give recommendations and suggestions to make your stay in Zagreb the best possible. He also offers guided tours in town on board of funky three-wheeled vehicles. Breakfast is excellent.
